Birthday party of 6 which included 20% gratuity any party over 6. No problem since we always tip 20 for service,22 for above, and 18 if meh. It was meh service. I felt like she already had her tip so why try? Wasn’t busy at all. Would have ordered a second drink but took so long to order our first. The Birthday girl did enjoy her meal. Food was great and will be back to hopefully give a 5 star.

This is one of my favorite spot to dine when I am craving some good steak. This was my fourth time coning here and it did not disappoint! The server was great and very attentive, doing his best to provide excellent service even though it was a busy Sunday night. Their onion ring tower never disappoints and tastes amazing when dipped in their special sauce. If you order a side of salad, be prepared, it’s enormous and comes in a huge plate. Every entree I’ve tried so far has been delicious and you can expect to take leftovers home because the portions are huge. Their boneless ribeye is one of my go-tos and last time I tried their baby back ribs, this was also good! I definelty recommend this place if you are in the area!

We were very pleased with our experience at Brown Derby. Surf and Turf was delicious and the 6 ounce filet was also delicious. Kavan took care of us and it was some of the best service we have ever had! Friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and very fun gentleman made us feel at home and comfortable. We will definitely be back!!

We were seated, and I guess they just forgot about us. So my son had to go and tell them that we needed some service. Then another server came in and took care of us. The food was good my drink was good. But it wasn’t special. THE Food is always good here. I ate at different Brown Derby and the atmosphere in the service just so much better. Maybe that has some effect on how I feel about it. I still enjoyed everything and I was thankful to be there.

The atmosphere suggests a much higher quality establishment than the one presented. Unfortunately, the staff give an entirely different impression. One female server was observed in a blouse that only buttoned to just under her bust, leaving her belly entirely exposed, while nearly all of the female servers had messy, mostly unrestrained hair that left me with deep doubts regarding sanitary practices and health code adherence. The male staff were an unusual, yet pleasant, surprise as they seemed to be more put together than their female counterparts. Aside from the appearance of the staff, the service itself was barely adequate. Drinks weren’t refilled without having to flag down a server, and we were never asked if the meal was acceptable after it’s arrival. As to the food itself, the quantity is nearly overwhelming in its abundance, though the quality is rather mediocre. Definitely not the worst I’ve had, but I’ve certainly found much better quality for a lower price at national chain establishments that also maintain a professional appearance in their employees. Overall, a disappointing experience and one I don’t plan on repeating. I likely wouldn’t suggest anyone else to this establishment, either.

Started off with the calamari and it was extremely chewy, had good flavor but grossed me out how tough it was. The wood fired shrimp was just okay, for the price it wasn’t anything I’d probably get again. The skin pn the baked potato was so tough as well like it spent hours under a heating lamp. $3.99 additional to make it “loaded” wasnt worth it. My husband liked his steak, fries were kind of blah. Service was good though!

Jp was our server and he was wonderful. He kept our glasses full and kept checking in with a smile everytime. Keep him, give him a raise. He deserves it. The food was so good. I didnt even need a knife for my steak. It melted in my mouth. The sweet potato was HUGE. Whole experience was 5 stars.

We really liked it! We were in the mood for Texas Roadhouse, aka a good steak in a casual atmosphere, but gave Brown Derby a shot. The food was excellent, we ordered steak and ribs. The salads and sides were very good too and the service was excellent.

My steak was raw in the middle and took about 45 minutes to come out. Place wasn’t busy, it was on one of the slow cold snowy nights. Im not one to complain since I work in the industry but this was unacceptable. They took my steak back to bring to proper temp and I took it home. I bought the ribeye togo for my wife which is a $39 steak. I get back home and the ribeye is raw, purple raw not even cooked a lil bit. I opened my steak up which I paid $30. Cool it was to temp but it was inedible, it was smoked out and bitter. I called no one answered. I drove back and they gave me the ribeye money back. The GM didnt really care, it was slow and they wanted to chill at bar with their staff. Ill never go back which is a shame this place was the spot years ago. If you want a steak dont come here
