I order lunch from here a couple of times a week since my office is in the same building. The food is always really good and the prices are what you would expect for the portion sizes. I have never had any issues with the food or service which is saying a lot considering how often I eat lunch here. Definitely recommend.

The food here is so amazing!! So healthy and filling. Oh my god the salmon sandwich is so delicious and with a side of banana pudding. The only thing is it’s very overpriced knowing there is a big office next door where employees can go here for their lunch break, and the portions are very small.

Probably more like 1.5 stars. No restroom, no atmosphere and very cold. The food was below average. I’ll post a picture of one of my two tacos if Google allows it. As someone only passing through Knoxville, it was our first and last trip to the Brown Bag.

This place is delightful. Great food and I mean great. The simple menu is simply terrific. The Roast Chicken was cook perfectly and the two sides consisted of mashed potatoes and Jalapeno corn. It is a very nice charge of pace from from the common fast food selection that usually takes its place.

I cannot say enough great things about Brown Bag and its employees. The bulk orders of food are fresh and flavorful. The chicken and beef are always cooked perfectly. Every single person at Brown Bag has been kind, courteous and helpful. My arm was recently in a sling and one of the young men carried my order to my car without me asking. You are a blessing and I appreciate all you do for me and the Knoxville community.

Love the food, but what makes this experience even better is the customer service. Emma at the Knoxville store is awesome. There was a mess up with my order and she went above and beyond to make sure that a negative experience was made into a positive experience. Not often that you get that level of customer service anymore. Great job Emma! I’ve now got my work colleagues loving the food here too.
