It was ok. Hangover burger was good not amazing but satisfied. Swiss burger was awful bland no flavor btw same size as the kids burger which those were very simple meat patty with cheese. Fries were really good. It took forever to get my hangover burger while everybody else got their food. Prices are a little higher than the photo menu, expensive for the quality. The waitress was very sweet.

My family and friends love brown bag burger! The atmosphere is great and all the staff are super friendly! Carmella is my usual waitress and she is super nice and accommodating. Sean is usually the cook in the back when I’m here and let me just say he makes a mean burger. Over all 10/10 restaurant would recommend!

Drove to Flagstaff for a getaway weekend and found this gem of a restaurant. Parking was limited in the outside parking, but had plenty of parking in the garage.
Our server Carmela did a fantastic job. She greeted us and kept checking in on us. She was fast with our refills when they were needed and was quick with service in general.
I know it sounds weird but whenever I am at a place and I don’t get good vibes, I get very anxious. As soon as we walked in, Carmela greeted us, and made me feel very excited about getting my food and just being there in general. She gave the good vibes and that made my day! Thank you girlie pop!!
Food is AMAZING. The ranch is 100% superb.
Will stop by again when in town.

Went here for lunch a couple times and tried a few different burgers off their menu. Very good ! Good food ! Good service! I also enjoyed the paintings inside the restaurant. Will be back !

We absolutely LOVED our food!! I got the Cajun burger and it was so good! The onion rings are some of the best I’ve had! However service was lack luster and we went when there was karaoke going on and literally couldn’t hear a thing with how loud it was so that was kind of annoying.

Food is really good! But you get nickel and dimed for everything without comment from wait staff. Gluten free bun, add $5. Asking for the side of fries with burger to be truffle fries, add $4. Sub beef for black bean burger, $2. Credit card fee, 3.0%. No prices for alcohol or drinks on the menu.

Camille immediately greeted us as we walked in. She ended up being our server and was very friendly and prompt. She made the best margarita. Her service was quick and friendly and she was able to hold quick friendly conversations with us.
Our burgers were cooked too perfect.

We were visiting from out of town and our son really wanted a burger after smelling the ones cooking at snowbowl. Found this place near our hotel and thought we’d give it a try. #2 search on Google for “best gluten free” burger in Flagstaff. The service was decent and the place was cool, but a $7 upcharge for gluten free bun and tater tots that were straight out of a commercial truck is ridiculously overpriced. I am fine with the 2 dollars for the tots that’s normal, but $5 for a dry as hell UDIS bun is over twice the going rate for your competitors. Otherwise the food was just okay.

Stopped here for lunch while in Flagstaff on a business trip. The food was excellent the best burger and onion rings that I have had in along time. The service was prompt and order was made very quickly. My husband and I will definitely be back next time we are in Flagstaff.
