Hostess was friendly and we were seated immediately. The waiter was friendly, everyone dressed professional and seemed happy and friendly overall. Fun yet not overwhelming atmosphere. Great selection on the menu! Food was served quickly, hot and tasted phenomenal with good portions. I will definitely be going back.
Parking along the street when available however we simply parked in the free parking lot 1/2 block away.

Great time. The only reason I didn’t do 5 stars for the food was the crawfish were a little dry. Everything else was great. The bread pudding dessert was excellent.

Locals and long time Broussard supporters. All the changes and menu ‘updates’ have not yielded good experiences. We decided to give them one more try with a to-go order, knowing it may not be the freshest but craving the shrimp creole. The order was ready and correct when we arrived. The shrimp creole had only 1 shrimp, and tasted like it was the bottom of the barrel. I called to let them know (they can’t do better unless they know there is a problem). The manager on duty was polite and offered to have us come back to pick up fresh food or a shrimp creole meal another time, but we’re done after several negative experiences including chicken fingers not fully cooked. He offered to have a different manager call me back. It was a Friday night and he asked if it would be OK to receive the call back on Sunday. I understood but of course received no phone call on Sunday. We hate seeing this longtime Cape establishment go downhill! Picture was after 1 bite taken by the fork ($17.49 meal).

Excellent service. Waitress Travonda was very nice. Very sweet and so awesome. She made our visit comfortable. Love the food and was plenty to go around for the price. Even my granddaughter got a free desert for her birthday!

Excellent Cajun cuisine. Not a bad dish at the table. Super friendly service and attention to detail. Had a nice family gathering and everyone was happy with their food and service. Solid experience.

Came here with a party of 9 for my mother in laws birthday. We were very excited to experience this restaurant because of the reviews. While we weren’t impressed by the food. I was surely impressed by our waitress Phoebe I believe her name was. She let us know she was new to the staff! We appreciate her enthusiasm, customer service and hospitality! She is what made our experience. While it was disappointing to see her pulled from waitress to toilet duty! The smell of bleach was overwhelming as we were sat right next to the bathroom. I’d only come back for her service! You need more of her at your establishment!

The concept and the atmosphere of this place is really nice. However I was served unseasoned boiled frozen crawfish the worst red beans and rice I’ve ever tasted cajun pasta that tasted like it came from a hometown buffet and the half-and-half was so disgusting my husband couldn’t finish it. The best part of the entire meal was the fried Gator. I wouldn’t waste your money.

Great service great well seasoned Cajun food! Catfish fried just right and the fried clams, fried gator and fried crawfish are all great!
Update we came back 7 months later the next time we were in town 7/4/2025. The service is great. The new manager Justin is awesome it is consistently great like it was last time!
Definitely worth the trip and will be a regular spot for us when we are in town from Dallas TX
