We recently visited Brothers Tex-Mex and ordered the red beef enchiladas, sour cream enchiladas, a chimichanga, and chips with cheese and guacamole.
The presentation was nice, and our shake was absolutely delicious, definitely the highlight of the meal!
However, some of the food didn’t quite meet our expectations. The chicken was a bit dry and could have used more seasoning, and the rice was fairly mild in flavor. The guacamole also seemed to have more pico de gallo than avocado.

From the moment we walked in we were taken care of by Victor, who I’m guessing is the owner. Probably some of the best customer service we’ve experience in Midlothian as a whole. The food was also very refreshing! We’ve been in Midlothian for a while but have never had real authentic tacos. These did not disappoint, even the salsa you could tell was fresh and delicious! Yeah there’s 287 Whatever but that place is way overpriced for mediocre tacos. I’m wishing Victor the best, tonight he earned my families business!

The bacon cheeseburger burger and fries were really good and I had to go two days in a row. The guy working there who takes your order did a great job and he was very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was as good as you can ask for, for a restaurant attached to a gas station and the guy working there was doing a great job keeping everything clean and neat. The bathrooms weren’t the best but I have seen much worse.

My dad has been raving about this place all weekend, we went today for lunch and he was 100% right! The food is amazing, the burgers are best in town, the Tex Mex is amazing, the have daily specials and a pretty wide menu! MUST GET A CHURRO!! The shakes are real meal shakes, and the service was exceptional! The guy who took our order and brought our food was so kind and welcoming he definitely makes the atmosphere!! Make this your regular spot

The food was disgusting. I had like 8 fries that were not cooked well enough. The burger tasted like an old school burger. I mean like old old. Season less, hard, not appetizing at all! I would never eat there again. It’s basically a ran down steak and shake.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The staff is so nice and the food was excellent. We had the cheese quesadillas, which came with pico de gallo, sour cream and sliced avocado’s. The green salsa is great! Also had the sour cream chicken enchiladas.

This churro dessert plate was immaculate! I have been coming here for a few months now and have loved it ever since! Victor and the rest of the staff are so kind and friendly and always make sure I am taken care of. Additionally the breakfast tacos (not pictured) are so good!! Best I’ve ever eaten! I highly recommend this place if you love anything Tex Mex!
