A coworker of mine put me onto this establishment, and I’m definitely glad he did. Being nice, I went and grabbed some tacos for my colleagues, and I was told every single order was a hit for them. I went with the chorizo & egg. My home girl went with bean, bacon & potato (2x). Two nurses went with the chicken fajita, beef fajita, and a bacon, potato, cheese & egg tacos. All were fresh, flavorful, and packed just right. Not mentioned made right in front of you.
The food quality was great, the service was family oriented friendly and efficient, and the ambience is laid back and welcoming, exactly what you want from a neighborhood taco spot that knows what it’s doing. The servers definitely go over and beyond with a smile.
Absolutely try to get here early because the lines can get long, but today the wait wasn’t as bad as I thought it was gone be. It moved quickly. Worth it either way with the option selections they have.
If you’re craving some satisfying tacos that deliver every time, Brothers Taco House is a spot you should try out. I’ll be back to try some other tacos very soon.

There’s always a line when you come so be ready to wait, and wait to be called in. So far I’ve only tried what’s on the pictures I posted. The food is just rightI haven’t tried much, I’m definitely coming back for an update, but it feels like a home cooked meal . The people are very sweet, or as sweet as any hard working person who is highly focused on getting the job done can be. Hopefully these videos helped, will be going back soon

Line out the door you know its gonna be good, food was amazing but chaotic ordering, Personally I found it difficult to hear and talk to the staff member at the time I ordered the beef taco and it was great but id loved to have added cheese and some onions and cilantro with it, But what I did get was incredible tbf!

About as authentic as it gets. They have an enormous selection of choices available. I got several egg and potato. The line is always out of the door. If people are willing to wait in Houston heat, that should tell you something. I wouldn’t call these my most favorite taco in Houston as I usually go for weirder, more fusion options (think tofu or veggie). But I will definitely keep returning to this spot.

Always a line here but it moves quick. Tacos are loaded with meat and full of flavor. I had the chorizo and egg and the potato and egg and both were great. Fast service and a solid spot if you’re in a rush.

Great food! Love their breakfast tacos. There is a line in the morning (Saturday around 8:20am) but it moved very quickly. The food look great, you can see them preparing your tacos. They put enough meat, eggs are good fresh. Tacos can with flour tortillas, I think you ask for corn but I didn’t try. The ladies are very nice and welcoming! Bonus points for having a bucket of red and green salsa for us to grab.

I went to Two Brothers Tacos this morning and witnessed something truly disappointing. It was below freezing, and a homeless man with only one dollar asked if I could buy him food. I will never deny anyone food, especially in those conditions.

While we waited in line, he was calm, respectful, and grateful. When we reached the counter, I told the cashier I would like to buy him tacos. The first thing she said was that she could, but that he needed to go outside because “he smells.”

I was standing right next to him — he did not smell bad and was not rude to anyone. I told her, “He’s a human being, and it’s cold outside.” Instead of showing any compassion, she then claimed he was rude, which was simply untrue.

The only rude and inappropriate behavior I witnessed came from the employee. In a time where discrimination against Hispanic and Black communities is already a serious issue, this interaction was deeply disturbing — especially coming from a Hispanic-owned business.

Because of this experience, I will not be returning. I spend good money supporting businesses, and I expect basic human decency in return. Shame on you, Two Brothers Tacos.

Visiting the George Brown Convention Center early on a Sunday morning looking desperately for somewhere to pick up a bite and my wife found Brothers Taco House!
Wow! What a treat, the serving line was quick, food was delicious, and the staff was spot on friendly. We were in and out within 10 minutes. There is no drive thru but if there was you’d miss out the big selection of tacos varieties. Their coffee and hot sauces were also very good. We come to the convention center and few times a year, so that means we will return soon!

Food: The tacos were average. I got the spicy fajita tacos that were definitely super spicy however it lacked on the seasoning. However, there was nothing memorable that would have me look forward to future visits

Service: The ladies in the serving line were NOT welcoming or courteous at all. They seemed very dismissive & not attentive when asked about certain tacos, tamales, etc. The serving experience should be focused on the satisfying the customers and being friendly and they were neither. The cashier was the only pleasant and helpful employee that I encountered.

Atmosphere: Downtown Houston area, small interior

Very friendly! My first time here and they make you feel very welcomed! The service was very fast and the food was top tier. Their barbacoa was the best I’ve ever had. It was not full of fat it was very flavorful and the hot sauce was delicious. They put onions, cilantro, and limes on the side so you don’t have to worry about them mixed in if you don’t want them. This will be my Sunday go to spot from now on. 1000/10.
