Our first time here and we were not disappointed!! The food was good, atmosphere was nice, but the highlight of our visit was the bartender, Tim. Not only does he serve bomb drinks but he’s also super cool! We’re from out of town and he definitely made our time better. If we could bring him back to our local bar we would hahahaha. Thank you Tim for being great, we appreciate you!

Insanely overpriced and small portions (especially for meat). Wouldn’t even be upset if the food tasted good, but my latest order was horrible. This place was solid the first year it was open; the quality has gone downhill since. Thoroughly regret repeatedly giving this place a chance, but there’s not many BBQ/southern food spots in the area unfortunately. $19.20 for boneless wings (pictured) that weren’t even edible. $13.20 for soupy, salty mac & cheese which is normally decent. Prices are a few dollars less in person I believe, but the quality remains consistently subpar

This place is one of my favorite bbq place in nj. Server who served us was really nice and kind. I will definitely come back with my family next time for sure because of the service that I received from him. Food was also good. I recommend brisket and ribs. They both were moist and properly cooked

We recently visited Brothers Smokehouse in Ramsey and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. While we were seated immediately since the restaurant wasn’t busy, it was disappointing that the hostess had to clean the table right before seating us—clearly no one else was paying attention or doing their job.
As for the food, my wife and I were not fans of the dry rub flavor. We understand that’s their style, but the smoked, dry-rubbed meat just didn’t do it for us—it lacked the depth and flavor we were hoping for.
To top it off, we asked our waiter if cornbread came with the meal, and while he said yes, what we got was almost laughable. Two tiny squares, maybe 2x2x1 inches each, which were barely enough for one person, let alone two.
Overall, the experience felt underwhelming and unmemorable. It was definitely a one-and-done visit for us.

This is a good place! The cornbread was probably the best cornbread I’ve ever had. The Brisket was good. Everyone else at the table (party of 10) enjoyed their meal. Hearty portions. Nice job!

Ordered the Beaufort Shrimp online for pickup, and it came with 6 pieces like this. There was no description of how many pieces were included and this was $21. I called the store after seeing this to ask if this was really their actual portion size because of how shocked I was, and all they said was that they “upped their prices” and tried to blame me saying that I ordered on the wrong website. 6 pieces of shrimp is insane, especially for $21. This is an absolute robbery for 6 pieces of shrimp. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Brought my wedding party here for dinner and the food was so good we weren’t able to finish our entrees after the appetizers. The staff was also very helpful given a limited menu that had occured. All in all the food was fabulous! The leftovers weren’t bad either! The atmosphere was a bit dull tho given a thursday night how much should you really be expecting?

I went here with my aunt and dad. My aunt ordered the fried mac and cheese ball, my dad ordered the fried chicken sandwich, and I ordered the brothers smoked brisket with smoked baked beans and hbb brussels sprouts. The host seated us quickly, and the waitress was readily eager to serve us and give us recommendations since it was our first time. It was not so busy when we were seated. It was pretty quiet and not too loud. It did get more packed as we were eating, probably for the dinner rush. This place seems to have its crowd of regulars and newcomers. The main reason for the star deduction was because I wish I knew the hbb brussels sprouts had bacon, because otherwise I would not have ordered them. It caused a disturbance in my stomach since it had bacon and was cooked in bacon grease. I have a pork intolerance, so later on I ended up throwing them up and some of the other food I had. I also had dessert which was pecan pie, let me tell you that was truly delicious! I still can not find a pecan pie that tasted that good. Plus it was homemade! They also have different pies of the day, which I thought is a neat incorporation. Despite this occurrence, I enjoyed the food, the lovely staff, and the ambiance. I look forward to coming back soon. Just maybe, next time include if certain things have bacon in the menu. Since I even asked if there was any bacon or if it was made with bacon to have it removed.
