The Experience: I ordered a roast beef sandwich dinner for takeout. When asked what I wanted on the sandwich, I was curious about what most people choose. The staff recommended the “three-way” option (mayo, cheese, BBQ sauce), and I’m so glad I took their suggestion! The dinner comes with two sides, so I went with onion rings and a side salad. My order was ready in under 10 minutes, and I was on my way. However, after I drove off, I realized they never asked for my salad dressing preference, and when I checked the bag, I saw there was no dressing included, this was disappointing, especially since I didn’t have any at home.
The Food: The 3-way roast beef sandwich was delicious and tender, leaving me fully satisfied. It wasn’t overly drenched in sauce, which I appreciated, though I wish I had asked for the sauce on the side so I could drizzle it on each bite. The onion rings, however, were a letdown. The breading kept falling off, and they tasted pretty bland. The salad came in a large portion, but again, no dressing was included, which was frustrating.
The Rating: Overall, I’d rate my experience a 3.5 out of 5, with the roast beef sandwich itself earning a solid 4.5. The disappointing onion rings and lack of salad dressing impacted the score, but I’ll be back to try other menu items because the main dish was really tasty!

Person who answered the phone when we had an issue with our order was VERY rude and did not take ownership of the issue. Apparently when you order a chicken kabob sandwich it doesn’t come with what is advertised on the menu (feta, tomato, and onion). Instead you have to add the toppings you want, let us know how that makes sense when it says what comes on it in the menu. That’s like ordering a steak and cheese and then saying you need to add the cheese separately.
Claimed they don’t add anything if you don’t ask because they don’t know if you have allergies. This was an incredibly ignorant thing to say because we found a singular mushroom in the sandwich. So if you were really concerned about allergies there wouldn’t have been a mushroom in the sandwich.
Besides this issue the other food was under seasoned and lacking flavor. Have you heard of salt?
We do not plan on returning here.

I share a similar experience with another review listed here. If you are looking for a great roast beef sandwich, this is the place to go. It is probably my favorite roast beef, with their Mayo and Barbeque sauce, its killer.
However the customer service here is severely lacking. I have had numerous occasions ordering delivery where the food took over an hour to arrive.
Waiting for good food wouldn’t be a problem. The problem is after waiting for the food for the extended period of time, it often arrives with something in the order wrong or just completely missing. Don’t order anything such as BBQ sauce on the side, it will most certainly be missing.
I wish the service at this place was good, because the beef is awesome. But for the prices they charge I can’t reason with myself to order here again with the service the way it is.

Meatballs and ziti were good…so wasnt the tuna club.

We had a Lg steak and American cheese with pickels and a small chicken parmigiana. The sandwiches were packed . The steak was almost ground. In my book, it was excellent. Not over seasoned. The sour pickel on it made the sandwich ( tated like sour not dill pickels ) .. the chicken parm was delicious also an huge see pictures. The 2 sandwiches were so good I almost went back in to get the roast beef sandwich. I didn’t but next time I will .. has a parking lot , handicap ramp , 4 booths an some table tops sports memaberila on the walls .. no picture of inside this time .. or something

I ordered a plain steak & cheese sub… roll, steak, american cheese. What I got was steak, provolone cheese, tons of Mayo, & pickles. DISGUSTING!! Who would order that?! I had to throw the whole thing out. What a waste of money!

Really good food… But could use some cleaning inside. The napkin holder was dusty and I couldn’t help but notice the floor vent that’s near the trash bins was really dirty. It had a lot of debris around and along the slits in vent. Wouldn’t be hard to clean that out. Hopefully it will be.

Their roast beef deserves more than 2 stars. My 2 stars are because: i ordered my large roast beef with cheese and extra mayo. Waited over 20 minutes and they gave me my sub with onions that I didn’t ask for. They took it back and within 5 min gave me another sub that was not a large. It was a small. I was hungry, so I took it and will never return
