Not the same brothers I gave 5 stars before. Management had changed and we had the worst experience there and on top of it the food is not the same either, the pizza was nasty and flavorless. The parm was the same absolutely no flavor. Usually we were greeted by the kindest man and his wife. This time the guy behind thebcounter was seated and couldnt be bothered to help us. Barely friendly and was on his laptop & sitting and didnt het up once until he went to go make the pizza. He told us a calzone was 2 small pizzas one on top of the other. So we decided against that and then we asked if there were any family meal dealsn or coupons. He said he didn’t know and told us look online, we had to go through this whole process just to find out there was a coupon online ordering, but then we realized the cost of everything was more expenisve then in store! So the coupon was worthless and also to find there was a deal on the board we hadn’t noticed at first and of course the guy behind the counter didn’t even mention. The ingredients are not the same as they used to be the pizza was so thin The quality of the cheese and the sauce was not good definitely felt like somebody came in change the decor a little and started charging more money for the last value. Used to thoroughly enjoy this place and stop every time we were in Brookline on the way home. I honestly would have went back in and asked for my money back but unfortunately we had brought it home to eat like we always do, cause we didnt expect any issues. AVOID this place save your money, zero customer service and not the same as it was before with the previous owners.

I love this place, but the hours on Google are not accurate and they’ve been closed during listed “open hours” the last three times I’ve tried to stop by over a two month span. The response below indicated that this was a rarity but have had it happen twice since as well. Must check the website or call in advance.

it’s not “Brothers” anymore….
it hasn’t been in a long time but what it is now is pretty good and different from all the other stuff that’s around all of Brookline…
give the guy a break since he’s trying hard to make it a better place every day…
also i’ve talked to him and the biggest issue he has is that he can’t find any responsible help (not too committed employees) to make it work in the restaurant, he has more success in his catering jobs than in the establishment…

SUPER BEEF IS A PERFECT 10! I’ve been working in Brookline for about 4 years and figured I would give Brother’s Roast Beef a try. This will be a weekly stop for me. The Super Beef was perfect.

If you’re looking for a wrap, I wouldn’t suggest that you order from here. I ordered a chicken Ceasar wrap when I made it home and opened the wrapper. There was a chicken ceasar taco. There wasn’t one thing wrapped about this “WRAP” When I called to see if maybe someone forgot to wrap the WRAP they advised me that they do not in fact wrap a wrap they just simply tuck the bottom and tap the bottom. It was entirely too big to be eaten as a taco! Long story longer, they were not understanding when I called with no solution. I ended up having to drive back 20 mins to return the taco and receive a refund!

Me and my coworkers got a few different things and they were all great! I had the steak tip sub and it was great! It was very fresh and a good size. Prices were affordable especially for now-a-days, and they had some pretty good deals. The couple that runs it were very polite as well. Overall really good

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS NEW MANAGEMENT! Absolutely horrible the old owners would never treat their retailers like these new people do I literally ordered a steak and cheese “ medium “ and a “ slice “ of cheese pizza. I get home the steak and cheese didn’t have NOTHING I asked no lettuce tomatoes mayo or ketchup just grey meat and cheese and the SLICE ?! Was the size of my 9 yr olds HAND ! This new management is clearly money hungry because of the area it’s in ! They do not care about their quality I tried asking for pasta they said they don’t have it they could’ve just said their about to close i would’ve understood !and I don’t even know the time because I was driving and needed a quick dinner for the kids .again do not waste your money on these money hungry people !

The staff at Brother’s are the best of the best! They are the kindest souls and the most professional of any restaurant in the area.
The community they serve are incredibly lucky to have them and they are my go-to every time I’m looking for delicious food.
I love their pizza, their chicken & steak bombs, their burrito is so good! I’m also a huge fan of their chicken finger sub, their chicken, broccoli, ziti alfredo is freshly made to order. The roast beef is incredible as well as their calzones.
Sometimes, I’ll go in their to pick up my food and they will kindly toss me an entire bag of sub rolls or a slice of pizza that they would normally just toss in the trash.
Who does stuff like this anymore? No one!
They care about their customers wholeheartedly and it keeps me coming back time and time again!
