Brother’s Pizza is the best pizza in the heart of downtown Winston-Salem. They make all different types of pizza, NY style to Sicilian and more. Their sauce is out of this world, a great balance of tomato and ingredients. I suggest the Calzone, a small will feel 2 people easily.

I got delivery and did not go there, so I can’t say anything about the atmosphere. The pizza was over salted and the all meat pizza didn’t taste like anytime but ham. Too much sauce on it as well. I forced two slices down thinking I’d get used to it but I didn’t and I threw away the rest of the $40 pizza. Sometimes mom and pop shops are gimmicks and that’s what this place is. I would not try anything else on there menu as they can’t get a simple pie correct.

Super fun old school rock vibe. Love that it was decorated with local art. Pizza baked by real brick stones to get that delicious crisp texture. Dough hand rolled and stretched, old fashioned. Family from Italy and New Jersey!

Y’all know I love Brothers. I get their pizza at least once a month and it’s ALWAYS a hit. But they outdid themselves tonight!! A busy Halloween night that their staff was handling with grace! I’ve never had their subs but since the wait was longer due to the volume of people in the shop (as it should be all the time because it’s just THAT good), I opted to get a cold sub because it would take a little less time to make. I got the turkey and roast beef and YALL this is AMAZING!! The meat, bread and all of the toppings are SO fresh and the homemade chips are to die for. This place is somewhere I bring my friends and family and it’s become a regular spot. The owners and staff are awesome and go above and beyond to serve their customers. 10000000/10 y’all truly.

I stop here for a few slices of pizza and drink, the establishment is very clean and no one told me to leave when I entered and said to everyone praise Yahwe/God, so with that said I truly like this establishment even though I make my owned pizza at home mostly. We got a regular pizza, chicken fingers and mozzarella sticks. I thought the pizza was ok, kind of average, the crust was a little thick for my liking. The mozzarella sticks might not have gotten eaten fast enough and the cheese was a little hard inside them. The chicken fingers were as good as those we get from other places. Its a nice clean restaurant and the staff were very friendly.

Located in downtown Winston and open till 3:00am, it’s the perfect place to grab a late night bite. The choices are like a true NY pizzeria, only difference is they do not have them on display. You order at the counter and they will call you up when ready. Staff & owners are very friendly. There is plenty of booth seating and there is always funky music play for a nice vibe. You feel like you’re back in a NY pizzeria. We ordered the 12” White Pizza, which has ricotta, tomatoes and garlic. I asked for extra garlic, which was a mistake. I should have asked if it was fresh garlic, it was not, they use garlic powder which killed my taste buds on my tongue. I have had regular pizza here among other items before and loved it all. I did not hate it this time but I wish they used fresh garlic…..makes a huge difference in my honest opinion. As far as the fresh ricotta and mozzarella it was on point, tomatoes may have been canned and also not fresh. Crust is thin and oven baked perfectly. Still love this place, just no extra Garlic!!! Won’t be getting any nucky tonight!!!!

In NC by Winston-Salem. Ate pizza again, I was hungry but after two slices probably put on 10lbs. Won’t be hungry again for a few days. Come to think about it I probably don’t need to hit the gym for a few days either as I got a great pump from lifting these bad boys. Big slices which are very floppy most likely due to the heavy weight. Not NY but edible. I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here but if I went to school and was very drunk this would be perfect…
