Amazing fresh Indian food! This was our first meal after moving to Fallon and we will for sure be back. Ordering was a breeze and food was prepared quickly. The tandoori chicken was fall off the bone tender and the sauces served with it were amazing! Also loved the butter chicken and chili paneer. We are excited to go back and try other things from this great food truck!

Probably some of the most flavorful food and most well cooked food I’ve had. I’ve never tried Indian food before and was curious. I ordered the Tandoori chicken with some Naan bread. Chicken was moist and perfect . The Naan was crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. So good. I then tried the Tikka Masala after that with some garlic Naan. This place probably has the best cooked rice in the town. The tikka masala was great and flavorful. I think it could be a tad bit spicier but still really great. I’m ordering from here much more from now on and hope this place never leaves.

Customer service was awesome. I had the Butter Chicken w/the Cheese naan, and it was amazing. Very fresh and hot food. It always smelled so good when i was in the area and I’m extremely glad I stopped and tried the food. I highly recommend!

Low score for atmosphere but food is good. It is not cheap especially given it is from a food truck. We had butter chicken and goat, 2 garlic naans, 1 desert and 2 mango lassis and the bill with 6$ tip was 81$, that is 120 Canadian and for that price in Toronto I can feed 4 people in a great Indian restaurant

The brothers food truck was great. We got chicken tikka Marsala and curry chicken for dinner. They gave us enough rice and the main order to fill a dinner plate. I would have liked to have a couple more chunks of meat in our order, but the food was delicious so I overlooked that part. They gave us naan bread as a side to our order as well. The amount of food in the 2 orders with bread were enough to satisfy 2 people for the evening.
While we waited they gave us a complementary cup of laasi, which is a yogurt based Indian drink. I had never had it but it was damn tasty. It was mango yogurt and cardamom. I don’t like mango but this was so different I liked it.
The food was amazing. Very tasty not bland like some of the other food trucks we’ve been to.
The service was great. Friendly people willing to talk and laugh. My original order was incorrect, and instead of letting me walk away they got my attention and corrected it.
It took slightly longer to get our food than most people would wait at a drive through, but I watched them make everything through the windows of the trailer, nothing was made ahead of time and warmed up.
It’s good to see a food business provide variety in Fallon, and not just add to the pizza and Mexican restaurants we already have.
I would recommend going here, I will definitely be going back

I feel this is a good placement by him, he doesn’t need the permit to park it on his own property and while you wait you can go inside and buy drinks for the family whether it be juices sodas or adult drinks. -there’s nothing sketchy about it. ——

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express right next to this food truck on our way through Fallon. So we checked them out and what a wonderful surprise. On par with or better than food we’ve eaten at Indian truck stop restaurants ( love all these places ). We had garlic naan, chicken tikka masala, samosas chat and the gulaab jamun. All good! Highly recommend.
