I felt the need to warn others about how this place tasted. I travel to Beaumont to pick my daughter up and decided to stop. First warning should have been no customers and when I asked how the beans taste the drive thru person said it’s not big on flavor because they worry about seasoning and health concerns. I purchased the two meat plate ribs and brisket with dirty rice and charro beans because it was recommended with pickles and sauce on the side. My wife ordered the brisket plate with the same. Sauce and pickles were not in the bag so I had to turn around for that. I pulled over and tried it out and nothing has any taste. The brisket was dry and without flavor with absolutely no fat and just not moist. It reminds me of Pappas BBQ brisket not good. The ribs were the same taste wise. There was nothing dirty about the rice. Maybe used some dirty rice seasoning but otherwise white rice. The beans tasted more like baked beans from a can. The homemade jalapeño cheese bread was nothing more than Texas toast. Very very disappointed in the whole plate.

We ordered(to go) a fully loaded brisket potato and a 2 meat salad. Oh my goodness that was a delicious meal! Full disclosure I added my own avacados when I got home. As you can see they weren’t greedy with the sauce or the meats everything was great, we will be back for more! This was my first visit, I cant wait to try something different on the menu so I will share once I do. The salad had carrots and purple cabbage and tomatoes and cheese. Very generous servings.

Me and my husband decided to stop by after a Sunday church service & I’m so glad we did! This place is a small family owned business. I’m glad to always support small business owners ☺️ Owners are very friendly and humble. They greeted us when we walked in and their food is delicious! I got a baked potato with brisket and we loved it. Their Mac & cheese is good too! This will now be my new BBQ go to.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch. He got the BLT w/ mustard, okra and broccoli cheese and I ordered the brisket with green beans and broccoli cheese. His sandwich had one dollop of mustard on one slice of bread making the sandwich very dry. The bacon was great and a good amount for the sandwich. Okra was fresh. Broccoli and cheese was bland and room temperature. The brisket had no flavor, dry and no fat for flavor. The meat and the sauce were both room temperature/cool. No where close to being hot. The green beans were the same way. Very disappointed and not worth the $50 we spent. Everything was bland, flavorless and cold.

I just moved to the area from out of town, and I can confidently say I’ve found the perfect barbecue spot! Brothers Catering Barbecue is next-level. The brisket is absolutely perfect—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, with that gorgeous smoke ring true BBQ lovers appreciate.
The sides are incredible too—especially the coleslaw, which is fresh and perfectly balanced. But the star of the show might just be the homemade jalapeño cheddar bread. It’s warm, cheesy, with just the right amount of kick—an absolute must-try.
If you’re looking for authentic, expertly smoked BBQ with amazing homemade sides, look no further. I’ll be coming back often!

They have AMAZING BBQ and specialty items!! Jalapeno poppers, Boudain cheese eggrolls, and mini crawfish pies are the best! Don’t forgetthe homemade tres leche cake!

This was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had in a while. I took one bite of the brisket sandwich and immediately knew something was off. The smell hit me first sour, almost rotten. I figured maybe it was just the seasoning or the sauce, but no… the taste was pure disappointment. It was a disgusting, spoiled flavor that I couldn’t shake. Trash the whole order
