We went on a Saturday evening after shopping. We walked in a 8:03, they closed at 9. They verbally told us 3 times. They squished everyone in one small section while they cleaned everywhere else. The buffet itself was rather small compared to others. But what they did have was a decent variety and tastey. Staff was attentive even though they were preoccupied with closing duties. Server was very friendly unlike the host. Overall not terrible, especially considering we came in an hour before closing. We still prefer the larger buffets that close at 10 on weekends, but if we’re in the area we wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Your typical Chinese buffet with all you can eat tasty food at a reasonable price. Staff are attentive but almost over-attentive (tip-hungry) to the point where it’s uncomfortable.
Food selection is wide but there are some things I would never touch because they look like they’ve been sitting out a while. At a buffet you have to keep the food fresh and therefore the owners would be wise to stop serving stuff that’s going to sit out.

This place is beautiful, I couldn’t stop looking around. I love the privacy the bigger tables give you. Food was hot and delicious, love how I am able to try something new.

I have never been so insulted and felt so disrespected. I spoke with the owner Tung and we agreed to meet at the restaurant today to discuss this matter and maybe get a face-to-face apology and even more importantly, the owner would educate the employees on how to deal with anyone with a disability rather than ask them to leave. I drove 30 minutes one way to meet with the owner and the same employee that was so rude To my wife and myself with a gift certificate for 1 free lunch we were told that she had things to do she couldn’t make it. That tells me right there that this issue is not very important to her or her business at all not a phone call or text saying that she could not make it. That would’ve been acceptable but nothing, I am not the type of person to complain about anything at all. I usually let things just go, but this is very serious,. It is very obvious that it is not a customer with disability friendly restaurant And I would not recommend anyone with any type of disability whatsoever To go there I actually would not recommend anyone at all to go there due to the ignorance, Disrespect, discriminatory attitude, and plain out non-caring attitude about a customer complaint. I think I will take this further

Buffet is a little pricey, but food is excellent! If your getting to go it’s only 6.99lb which is definitely worth the price, 1lb is alot of food.

Extensive buffet including fresh shrimp and other seafood — a great value for the price and large selection. Even the dessert section was impressive, amazingly good ice cream. Lots of attentive and pleasant servers always cleaning up and taking plates, and a nice space as well. Would definitely recommend.

The service is always friendly and efficient. Has your typical buffet decore. The food is generaly edible. Although it seems to be getting worse over time. If you want quantity, than this might be the place for you. If you want a good meal, consider someplace else.

I had high hopes for Brothers’ Buffet, but unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired. The food was a major letdown — overly greasy, oily, and incredibly bland. Nothing really stood out, and everything tasted like it had been sitting out too long or reheated one too many times.
What really ruined the experience, though, was the service — or rather, the pressure. My wife and I go out to eat not just for the food, but for the overall experience, and this one felt uncomfortable from start to finish. We were practically hovered over by staff the entire time, and it became clear pretty quickly that it was all about pushing for a tip. We usually tip 20% or more, without hesitation, but this time it just felt forced and awkward. That kind of pressure kills any enjoyment.
I was initially leaning toward 3 stars, thinking maybe it was just an off day, but the combination of poor food and uncomfortable service brought it down. Disappointing, to say the least.
