Brothers BBQ started with a love and passion for BBQ and the realization that Colorado was becoming a melting pot of people from all over the country who wanted BBQ offerings that reminded them of home. Brothers Chris and Nick O’Sullivan opened the doors to the first Brothers BBQ in February of 1998, capturing different BBQ styles and flavors from various trips across the country and coming up with their own recipes that can only be described as Colorado BBQ. Their Ft. Collins location is the 8th Brothers BBQ location in Colorado. Open everyday from 10-10pm serving always fresh, delicious smoked-in-house meats and homemade sides.
Homegrown counter chain doling out loads of ribs, hot links, brisket & more with all the trimmings.

Gustavo is an amazing cook, the flavors were enticing and all the sauces offered were on point. I am partial to the sweet and original but they all have their own uniqueness. The portions inside were better than the take out, although I’m sure they will say they are the same. The place is a retro fitted gas station with large seating areas and friendly staff… After hitting 5BBQ joints before this one the same night sampling sauces. This was the Goldilocks event ❤️❤️❤️ it was just right..no cap

Such a cool location and repurpose of an old service station. My favorite part of this restaurant was the blueprints hung on the wall of the 1950’s station. The food was extremely good, did not disappoint, the location was clean and roomy and they delivered extremely fast. The only reason I did not give ot 5 stars was the price. It cost almost $50 for 2 of us to have dinner. I get that seems to be the new norm, but I was shocked for a non-full service restaurant.

Some of the BEST BBQ you can find in Northern Colorado if not in the whole state. I come down to visit from a Wyoming just to scratch my itch every once in a while. Derek was extremely helpful and knew a LOT about the menu and helped me pick out everything I wanted. Derek had exceptional customer service and I will for sure ask for him to help you with your next BBQ fix! Great job everyone!

Every single time I’ve ever eaten here the meat has fallen off the rib bone. Tonight I couldn’t even get the meat off with my teeth. Dry cold and undercooked. I think they’re done. Consistency in food should be a known expectation especially with ribs.

We had Brothers BBQ cater for our Wedding this year and it was the best decision by far! Not only was the food great, but the staff was amazing as well! Mike worked with us and made the food portion of the Wedding process stress free. He genuinely cared about our Wedding and was helpful in every aspect. Really clean, bright place with decent restrooms. The burnt ends were well above average, if a bit on the fatty side. Coleslaw needs more acid. Good portion sizes. There was a little delay with one of our orders, but it was resolved quickly, and we were given free cookies. The sauces are clearly labeled and clean. We’d come here again!

First time and treated like royalty lol I appreciate the hospitality that Mike provided. The food was great, got the brother’s sandwich which was delicious, love the sweet bbq sauce went perfectly together. Mike went above and beyond to make sure the meal was superb. I enjoyed the time spent here it was a chill clean environment.

Came in for a quick bite and got hit with the best customer service of my life. The fries were fresh and amazing, all the sauces were on point and the brisket was delicious. My kids loved the Mac and cheese and the cookies. The location is also super fun.
