Brothers Chris and Nick O’Sullivan, originally from England but raised in Denver, traveled across the US sampling the many different BBQ styles. Nick and Chris fell in love with all the different BBQ styles and flavors. The two brothers would stop at every local BBQ joint they could find on while traveling across the country. From Kansas City, to Memphis, Austin to South Carolina. Back home Chris and Nick opened the doors to the first Brothers BBQ on February 5, 1998, bringing together the BBQ memories from their trips and creating their own style of Colorado BBQ. More than 25 years and 8 locations later, the Brothers’ dedication and commitment to providing every guest with outstanding service and always fresh and delicious BBQ.

This was a delivery order so I can’t speak to Service and atmosphere. They do have a great buy 1 get 1 deal without it it would of been WAY too expensive. The brother Sandwich was good but not as big as you would think for the price. I wish it would of had more coleslaw. The fries were nice. The beans were very tasty. The Mac n cheese not so great. It was bland and really disappointing . Still waiting to try the banana pudding but it looks good.

Ordered “pulled pork” it was not pulled it was chopped there is a big difference this place should learn. Pulled pork is shredded not chopped into cubes. This is false advertising. Also need lots of BBQ sauce which is ok not the greatest but not the worst either because the meat alone is bland. Additionally it only came wrapped in foil no actual container. However, I blame this on the city or states asinine laws that do nothing for the environment.
Won’t be going back to this place unless they get educated on what pulled pork actually is.

Best BBQ sandwiches EVER. If I order food at work, I usually got with Brother’s. Their slider are normal sandwich sized, and perfectly priced to order 3 and feed you all day! My mouth waters when I see the delivery driver with the bag in their hands. 10/10

We gave Brothers BBQ two tries to see if they could redeem themselves the second time and no cigar. The first time we got the brisket and it came out super dry and was not seasoned at all. Very plain for the money I spent. Second time around we got the nachos with pulled pork and asked nicely to put the BBQ sauce on the side. When we got home to eat them, the chips to meat ratio was non existent. For every 4-5 chips there is a small portion of pulled pork. There was HARDLY any cheese. Barely covered the top at best. I am disappointed and had to add cheese from my own supply to make them bearable and not so dry. There was not any jalapeños like there was on the picture. Usually 3 strikes and you’re out but I’m only giving them 2. The Mac and Cheese was also dry and just the top had little cheese.

Ordered delivery through Uber Eats and was pleasantly surprised; it arrived quickly and everything was still warm! I got the pulled pork with mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, and cornbread on the side.
At first glance, the food looked a little bland, but don’t let that fool you; the flavor was absolutely on point. The pulled pork was tender and flavorful even without sauce, but paired with the sweet BBQ sauce? Incredible.
The mashed potatoes were honestly my favorite part; so flavorful and perfectly seasoned. The mac and cheese was super cheesy, which I loved, but it was a bit too watery for my taste and lacked some of the depth I usually look for. Still solid, though. The cornbread was soft and tasty, a great little addition to the meal.
Overall, I was super happy with the pricing for the quality and quantity. Definitely recommend if you’re craving some solid BBQ!

2/13/26 We’ve always loved the bbq! But now the sauce has changed its recipe- tasteless and too hot, too much sugar added. The burnt ends were inedible- dried out and hard. We won’t be back, sadly.

Although I live in the neighborhood, I’d never been in before. I came in for their anniversary dollar rib special. Expecting the ribs to be kind of small. I ordered six and could only eat three of them. The team was really friendly and helpful despite being much busier than usual.
