Brisket came out looking like dog food, no real pieces, just chunks of fat. Is this what is considered a pound of brisket??We spent too much money here for the extremely low quality we just opened up after driving 18 minutes to get there, and 18 minutes back home AND spending $70 on 3 meats. Word of advice, check your order before you leave. Don’t trust it’ll be correct. Not satisfied.

An absolute must if you are looking for BBQ in the Capitol Hill area. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the food has been top tier every time we’ve gone. The burnt ends are in a sauce that brings out rich, flavorful notes I haven’t tasted elsewhere.
