Brothers Chris and Nick O’Sullivan, originally from England but raised in Denver, traveled across the US sampling the many different BBQ styles. Nick and Chris fell in love with all the different BBQ styles and flavors. The two brothers would stop at every local BBQ joint they could find on while traveling across the country. From Kansas City, to Memphis, Austin to South Carolina. Back home Chris and Nick opened the doors to the first Brothers BBQ on February 5, 1998, bringing together the BBQ memories from their trips and creating their own style of Colorado BBQ. More than 25 years and 8 locations later, the Brothers’ dedication and commitment to providing every guest with outstanding service and always fresh and delicious BBQ.

My husband and I were craving BBQ last Thursday after a shopping trip to the adjacent Lowe’s. We came into the Arapahoe & I-25 location and we are so glad we did. The food was DELICIOUS! He had the Links Combo Plate and I had the Beef Ribs. Holy Smokes! But what stood out even more than just the very delicious food was the SERVICE. Emily is a rockstar. She is immensely personable, with extensive knowledge of your menu and guided us as to what to select based on our feedback as to what we were looking for in BBQ. We enjoyed the food and service so much that we went back a couple nights later and it was just as delicious as it was the first night. Luckily for us, Emily was there again to make a suggestion to me since the Beef Ribs were not on the menu that night. She guided me toward the brisket and it did not disappoint. You have a GIFT with Emily as an employee. I have hired enough people in my 30 year career to know a special find and that is exactly what you have in Emily. Thank you! We will be back because of Emily every single time.

First time eating here. Very good spot! Food was good. I had the 2 meat special (brisket and hot links) with beans and Mac n cheese. Love the side coming out in the plastic cups. It helped keep them hot. Only drawback on the meat was they could have been warmer. But the flavor was there. Atmosphere and staff was great.

I’m so disappointed with this location, everytime I came on Thursday 5.30 pm, 6pm, 6.30pm… they already sold out the beef ribs.
Your promotion start at 3pm and your store close at 10pm.
In 3 hours you already sold out for the beef ribs.
It’s mean you didn’t preps enough stock.
If you know you have fix day for promotion every Thursday, you should be level up your stock or put more quantity for the beef ribs to sell.
Your promotion created the traffic for your sales, so you should prepare more quantity to anticipate rather than you losing opportunities.

Ordered from this location last night via DoorDash. The BBQ was ice cold and dry, clearly had been sitting out, and they didn’t even bother to heat it. The potato salad tasted like the store bought brand, and the banana pudding had old, brown bananas. Very disappointing overall, do not waste your money here.

I recently went into Brother’s Barbecue and got ribs macaroni and cheese, and potato salad. The ribs fell off the bone the minute. I picked him up they were so flavorful as was the sides. David and his crew do an amazing job. Will definitely be going back there

We ordered the larger sampler item and oh my gosh the meat was really good and tender had a nice flavor the ribs were absolutely my favorite!! They had just enough spice and seasoning that they don’t need anything else on it. The mac and cheese was really good as well my 2 year old is pretty picky when it comes to eating out and she devoured that mac n cheese

Brothers is always a treat. Their six sauce give a nice variety of flavor choices. I was disappointed to see that they no longer serve beef ribs. They were one of the main reasons I would make the drive to visit. Also the brisket was shredded and not chopped. Overall it was okay but not amazing..
