Edit due to update:

The GM reached out to me to apologize for the inconsistent food. I’ll give Brother’s another chance as I have had good experiences there in the past.

Thank you to Aaron from Brother’s…

We ordered 2 carry outs of the 2 meat platter and some sides.

The brisket and the pork were slimy, greasy, and full of fat. It was so disgusting, it was inedible. You couldn’t even tell which was the pork and which was the brisket.

One serving of brisket had a huge piece of fat/gristle. I wouldn’t have fed it to my worst enemy.

I called to complain and they told me to email some guy named Aaron with pictures and they would refund us. I sent in the pics and haven’t heard a single word back. Zoom in on the attached pictures and see for yourself how absolutely sickening this “meat” was.

I am 77 years old. I’ve been barbecuing all my life spent most of my time in Texas and in Colorado now and all I can say about brothers barbecue it is some of the worst food let alone just the most terrible barbecue that I’ve ever had got the sampler platter For about 70 bucks and there’s a little bits of a brisket ribs some chicken pulled pork and hot links. Hot links are already sliced the pork. Everything all the meat all the meat. all the meats already had barbecue sauce on them. The beans were uneditable like the rest of the food. This place is terrible. How can have that many 4 1/2 star reviews is amazing. They must pay for them. Never if you value your money or your taste buds ever go there it’s really that bad on my worst day ever barbecuing out in the backyard. I could never have made anything that terrible this is what we still have left and there are four of us here wanted to eat and basically as you can see, we ate none of it except for the parts we spit out terrible food. As you can see from the photos, that’s all the meat that was delivered for about 70 bucks and you can eat it. God bless. Have a good day.

I got the sampler platter and the meat was bland, I couldn’t taste a difference between the shredded chicken, pulled pork, and shredded(?) brisket. The sauces were OK, so you could have textured sauce if you want. The sausage was the most flavorful of the options, so get that if you wind up here, but pretty mid. The ribs were a little better than the shredded meat, but about as good as grocery store reheat takeout.
This was my second chance for the Midway location after a neighbor recommended it. Both times bland and disappointing, I won’t be trying it again. There are other chains in the area that do better for as much or less.

Brother BBQ is one of those places that reminds you why BBQ matters. The hot links are outstanding. Juicy, smoky, and actually have some attitude. The brisket is exactly what you want it to be. Tender, flavorful, no sauce needed but you’ll probably use it anyway (I love their sweet sauce) . The chicken somehow manages to stay moist while still tasting like it came off a real pit, which is rarer than it should be.
Sides don’t phone it in either. The mashed potatoes are straight-up addictive (we often order a full pint for 2 people, LOL) and the mac and cheese is rich, creamy, and dangerously easy to demolish without realizing what you’ve done.
If you’re even remotely serious about BBQ, do yourself a favor and get over there. This is consistently some of the best BBQ in town, not hype-of-the-week nonsense. Try it once and you’ll understand why people keep coming back.

Many BBQ sauces to try. Meats were cooked well. Cashier lady knowledgeable. Atmosphere was pretty utilitarian and loud. I thought the prices were a little high. Overall it was an ok experience.

This is one of my favorite local spots! The bbq comes right off the bone and the sauce selection is great. Every time I eat here, the service is kind and quick and relaxed. My partner and I have eaten most things on the menu, and you truly can’t go wrong with your order. 10/10 recommend!

Been a repeat customer, several times a year .
Ordered the Rib and Meat Special. Food was cold and got about half of what I usually get.
Not sure if I got pork ribs or a small woodland creatures ribs, very small. First time I have ever been disappointed here.

Pretty disappointed – Brisket should not be pre sauced unless it’s not a good quality. And a customer should be told this is the case whole ordering. No point in paying to price for a high quality meat for someone to not be able to taste the meet. I’m not paying to taste barbecue sauce.

The sides are surprisingly small as well.

The ribs were okay and the staff was nice.

I will not be going back.

$50+ dollars down the drain. My husband and I ordered Brothers BBQ through Uber Eats last week. We both got extremely extremely sick within a hour of eating and were sick for two days after eating here. I called to let them know and spoke with someone named “Emily”, I got an “I’m sorry?” and was told that the general manager would be calling me. Nobody called. I will never eat here again.
