Stopped by late Saturday morning and had a breakfast sandwiches I’ve had in a while. Avocado, egg, and salmon all came together perfectly, fresh, balanced, and really well executed. Nothing felt heavy, just clean flavors done right. The vibe was relaxed and welcoming, exactly what you want for a weekend morning. Service was friendly and easygoing, which made the whole experience even better. Great spot to slow down, enjoy good food, and start the day right. Definitely coming back.
Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

Enjoy a delicious avocado toast topped with crispy bacon and a fresh egg! They also have a tasty turkey sandwich, mouthwatering grilled cheese toast, and don’t forget to try the comforting daily cup of soup on the side. Perfect for a cozy meal!

It’s a shame, if this place was cleaned up a bit more it would have a solid 5/5. It has a nice atmosphere and the coffee was great but it was a bit grimy if I had to describe it in one word.
Got a holy mole mocha and avocado tartine with lox. As mentioned earlier, the coffee was great but the tartine was just alright. Some parts were cold, others were warm, and the avocado had spots on it, which I normally wouldn’t care if it was my kitchen but I would expect better if I’m paying for it.

Edit: Increasing my rating to a 4/5 from 3/5 after the owner’s response. To the owner: I appreciate your response and would definitely come back to support the business. I understand it’s an old building and dust build-up cannot always be addressed but it would be great if tables and chairs were at least wiped between customers or every couple of hours. We visited on a Saturday and it seemed like there were quite a number of employees working and talking in the back area who might be able to do a quick wipe down and trash clean up. Regardless, thank you for your response.

Scrumptiously stylish coffeehouse with a gold rhino and interesting art. The espresso, pastries, breakfast sandwich, and chilaquiles were all on point. The barista was very kind and helpful. A worthwhile stop in Georgetown, we will be back!

What a cool spot for breakfast in Georgetown. It’s like an eclectic knickknack shop mated with an exceptional coffee house and had a beautiful restaurant as a child. The chile verde burrito was absolutely fantastic—actually one of the best burritos I’ve had outside of California. The ham & egg raclette was also super tasty! Loved the cappuccino and latte as well. They’ve got a lot of creative stuff going on on their menu here—I’d love to come back and give some other items a try.

The woman working the front was really hospitable and welcoming. She helped with our orders and checked in on us, but made everything seem so nonchalant it was almost like hanging out with a friend instead of being waited on. Can’t recommend this place enough! Loved it.

Honestly couldn’t find one reason to go less than 5 stars! Host was friendly and service was prompt, even for walking in the door at opening time! This BLAT is on point, you can taste the fresh ingredients with every bite! Pleasantly surprised, only 1 thing that could have heightened the flavor of my sandwich, that being a hint of garlic! Lol but delicious and worth the 20$ price for sandwich and iced latte which was perfectly created as well! Well done y’all

I was driving thru Georgetown and noticed a shop with plants surrounding all the windows, which made me very easily lured in. Brother Joe is simultaneously the most exciting and relaxing shop I’ve visited: the lighting was warm and low, most decorations were rhino themed, full of plants, and most importantly some great couches. I ordered a ham and egg raclette which was a nice balance of savory and sweet, and a miso honey latte which was the most umami coffee I’ve had and I loved it. They sell Herkimer coffee which ranges from $15 – $17 for 12 ounces and lots of other fun drinks and coffee gadgets. The ambiance was comfortable, service was great, and food and coffee was amazing. Will be back again soon!

Settle’s Georgetown is teeming with eclectic specialty shops and creative eateries. Brother Joe’s has had a bit of a makeover and the new look resonates with me. I love to have a date with myself and a cozy spot in a café with lots going on in the surroundings is always a treat. Brother Joe’s is such a space. I guess it’s reputation is that of a coffeehouse, but it delivers more than a good cup of Joe! It offers an artisan specialty market with items perfect for gifts for those in the cocktails and cigar set.
If you are a coffee drinker their selection of espressos and lattes is impressive. Food offerings lean more toward soup and sandwiches, but the ones I’ve had are equally as impressive. Some of the prices can be a little jarring, but well worth it. Brother Joe doesn’t skimp on anything. Bread and ingredients are top quality and a bite is more than a mouthful. Seating is limited, and be prepared to wait a few minutes if you order carry out. They prepare to order. It’s difficult to find parking in the area but it’s worth a spin around the block to look for one if you want to treat yourself to a good bite to eat. Make it a destination must do.
