Hi! We recently dined at your restaurant and just wanted to say the food was absolutely amazing . Every dish was rich in flavor and truly delicious. The chef’s recipes are clearly crafted with so much passion and authenticity — we can really taste the love and dedication in every bite. It made our experience so special. Being a family-owned restaurant makes it even more meaningful. Wishing you continued success and many more happy customers!

It’s a quaint little place but full of personality and so glad it wasn’t packed or loud for lunch. Bartender makes a amazing Italian margarita. I tried the calimari. Fresh and some of the best I’ve had and that says a lot! I also had Sausage and peppers as my entree and that was great. Chef makes his own spice blend for the sausage and has it made at the market next store. Would love to come back when in town. Not cheap but was worth it!

Brossa’s Cibo e Vino is an amazing Italian restaurant! It’s sooo good. Calamari, lobster risotto (shared/two portions) and tiramisu were all perfect choices! I appreciate their international wine offerings; tried a couple and loved them! This restaurant offers comfortable seating in a cozy atmosphere. Experienced kind and attentive service throughout, especially from Grace! Be sure to check out this place when in Brenham!

Looked this establishment up on a whim for date night. The quaint homey feeling was perfect. Our waitress was prompt and extremely enjoyable. The arugula salad and all its acidity was perfect. The meatballs crunchy on the outside and tender and moist on the inside utter perfection. Hope to be back soon and try more menu items.

Amazing Chicken Parmesan, great ambiance, comfortable bar area! Very friendly staff! This is our new little favorite place. I was really burnt out from getting mid Italian food that just couldn’t stand out at other places. Brossa’s really brought the flavor and joy back to Italian food for me. We will be back!!!

Fun local place that serves up a nice menu of impressively tasty options. Judging by taste alone, we could have imagined ourselves in a big city catering to a sophisticated pallet. The service was a step behind the flavor, but kudos to the effort of the staff clearly developing their more attentive touch to detail and attention. Look forward to visiting again.

We found this little gem of an Italian restaurant by chance and boy, were we lucky!! This has to be one of our best finds! Everything about Brossa’s is fabulous – from the atmosphere, to the staff, to the delicious food, to the extensive Italian wines! My husband had the wild boar pepperdelle & I had the risotto. Fabulous! We started with the meatballs. Delicious! The Caesar was one of the best I’ve had with their homemade dressing & dried capers. And don’t even ask me about their roasted garlic bread!
Coming from the food Mecca in Austin, we loved this little place so much. Needless to say, we were very impressed & look forward to another trip back.

Fantastic, five stars across the board. The food and wine were incredible. The atmosphere was incredible. The service was incredible.

Our waiter was the owner’s youngest son, who was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, professional, and obviously passionate about his craft; surpassing the service of far more experienced waiters at just 16.

They accommodated us kindly as walk ins on a relatively busy day.

Their prices were very reasonable.

Brossa’s surpassed our expectations in every way, and I cannot wait to come back.

P.s the charcuterie (antipasti) is amazing and you should try it.

Also, if you aren’t lucky enough to have the same waiter as us, his #1 rec is the Amatriciana, followed by the Wild Board sauce over pasta. Both were great!
