This place is amazing, I’ve been here several times and it is finally time to leave a review. The reason we came here was because of our immense disappointment in the place next door (Andreas Seafood). That place was so bad that it almost ruined seafood for me. However, we decided to give this place a shot, and boy an I glad I did. I’ve tried their sea bass, swordfish, and salmon, and all if it has been impeccable. The food is always juicy and flavorful, the staff is amazing, and the ambiance is beautiful. I highly recommend eating outside with a beautiful view of the harbor, Ventura, and if the Tops Topa mountains. I will definitely be a semi-regular here!

Wonderful seaside restaurant with great atmosphere, great service, and superb fish & chips. Great views of the harbor. My first visit there, but certainly won’t be my last. Highly recommended. Second visit: superb food once again. Location is scenic and beautiful.

The food was very good. The clam chowder was excellent. I don’t know what all the restaurants mean by award winning clam chowder? Who gives out these awards? The best ones were the non award winning. The service was excellent fast and friendly. We sat outside with a great sunset view over the harbor. We will definitely return next year.

Came here at the recommendation of some locals while I was in town for business. This is a great place with a good ambiance, service, and great food! I had the oysters and shrimp cocktail for appetizers and the seabass for the entree. All were very good, and the seabass was perfectly cooked! I highly recommend Brophy Bros. if you’re ever in Ventura.
