Update: I decided to try them on a Friday night. Their wings are flabby and gross and expensive and some of the drumsticks were massive in a bad way and they lack flavor except charred and a shitty and watery sauce. This time, the cheese pizza was a bit tough and thinner than last time and ABSOLUTELY BURNT on the bottom. See photo. If I were there in person I would have sent it back. I may give them one more try some time when they aren’t busy, but I hate inconsistent pizza places and they clearly don’t know how to use their ovens.
Really good thin crust pizza, excellent cheese, sauce and flavorful chewy crust. The sausage was also excellent and I am looking forward to trying some of their other topping combinations. It’s a little expensive, but outside of maybe Joes it’s the best pizza in this area. I’m impressed.

My family is obsessed with Brooksy’s so naturally when we saw that they were opening up a location in Belmont we were through the roof.
Upon first bite, you’ll see their pizza is meticulously crafted with a beautiful undercarriage that rivals any top shops. Everything is fairly priced and made with high-quality ingredients so you’ll leave full, but not feeling heavy and sluggish.
Over the years, we have tried almost the whole menu, but our tried and true order always starts with a round of wings and a rocket salad followed by any of their pizzas.
The owner is actively involved and passionate about the quality of their food. Whether you’re dining in or ordering for pick up I highly recommend giving Brooksy’s a try. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is lively, and most importantly the food will blow your mind.

Honestly, their takeout pizza quality is pretty inconsistent. I usually request that they avoid burning the crust, but it seems like half the time the bottom ends up so charred that unfortunately, the whole pie becomes ruined due to the smoke and the extremely bitter burnt dough flavor.

Their white sausage pizza and rocket salad were very delicious and a nice change from the normal pizza menu fare. The margarita pizza and Caesar salad were equally delicious we will be ordering from their extensive and very interesting menu again and often!

Pizza not as good as Stone Hearth which it replaced. Also, the menu is much more limited than Stone Hearth, almost all pizza. Recently reduced their hours and close at 8 pm which makes them inconvenient. However, all the pizza joints on Belmont center close early. .
