This place was popping on a Saturday morning. You have to walk in and sign in on the notebook. Tables move fast, we were seated within 10 minutes. We are greeted and given drinks, and we had paper menus. On their big chalkboard, they have their special specials. Their menu is pretty expensive and they serve both breakfast and lunch.
We ordered one of the specials and the breakfast burrito. The breakfast burrito was just fine. It came out hot, but it lacked some flavor. Special was decent, and their biscuits were pretty good. There are other better options in Tulsa for breakfast, so we probably won’t come back, but we liked it enough for an easy weekend breakfast. Be aware that they automatically add 20% to every dine in order for gratuity. Overall breakfast was $43, not a great value. I think prices are a little bit high for what they offer.

These people provided the worst experience ever. The food was bad and the service was worse. The owner was extremely rude, flipping me off and telling me to get out and never come back. This happened because I refused to pay the 20% tip they automatically added to my ticket. The server became aggressive, telling me to take it up with the owner. When I did, I explained that I was willing to tip, but the service didn’t warrant $12. The owner got upset, yelling at me in front of others and telling me not to come back. As I left with my wife and daughter, he started yelling at them because my wife went to pay anyway out of kindness. Through the window, I saw him yelling and waving his arms at my family. I would never take my family there again.

First visit and will be our last. Had breakfast. Food was decent. Very loud inside. They add 20% gratuity, no matter the size of the party. They have uneven tile table tops. If you have kids, you get to spend the majority of the time making sure they don’t knock over the glasses. I’m guessing they don’t have kids cups. Then came the bill. $91 for a family of four for breakfast is outrageous! 2 kids and 2 adults. Nothing outrageous ordered. Food was decent but nothing that warrants a $91 bill.

The food was okay, not super awesome but for breakfast that I didn’t have to cook it was good. The service however for a required 20% gratuity on your bill in my opinion would at least require a second visit for coffee refill, and possibly “would you like more ice water” besides here’s your food and here’s your check no rush. Simple food, clean environment, service lacking especially for a required 20%. I normally start my tipping at 20%and go up from there, but minimum effort for a stated amount didn’t really find it appropriate.

To note:
– 20% gratuity for dine-in
– parking in the back

Came here for breakfast one Saturday morning. They were fairly busy, but my friend and I were seated right away.

Got pancakes, eggs and sausage links with biscuits and gravy, and coffee.

I’m personally not particularly fond of the pancakes they served; they would soak up a lot of syrup and would fall apart rather easily. Eggs were a little oily/greasy. The biscuit and gravy was ok.

Service was great! Despite how busy it was, a waiter had my coffee refilled and the waitress who brought out our food checked in with us to make sure if we needed anything else.

Food was okay, burrito is nothing special and something I could make at home. It was $14.50! Breakfast for two was $46 with 20% gratuity baked in! And we got a coke and a coffee with “free refills” according to the menu – neither one of us got a refill!
If food is this expensive, it needs to be excellent and we should be getting refills!
The only thing that is great is the patio

The food is bland as if made for old people that can’t have salt and pepper or any kind spice at all, i had to add Chalula and more pico just to have any kind of flavor for their Murrito. Had to stop the server to just to ask for anything, never did ask if I needed anything after getting our food and yet he still got a forced upon $8 tip from a table of two. This place is perfect if you want to feel like your special or different from others aka pretentious. Tullies diner was far and beyond a better breakfast diner than this place.

I was charged ala carte for items included in a breakfast that I ordered because I asked to “cut” the egg due to an allergy. The owner said I couldn’t “cut” the egg from the meal, even though that is not stated anywhere nor did the wait person mention it. When I went to correct this “error” or this purposeful over charge, the owner and I argued over the bill and he told me to “get the hell out” and that I could not eat there anymore. There are so many wonderful places to eat breakfast in Tulsa. Please don’t waste your time and money going here. Also, in small letters at the top of the daily special chalkboard, it says a 20% gratuity is now added to ALL dine-in meals. This, too, is another inconspicuous way to over charge patrons who most likely won’t notice this and leave a tip.

A friend recommended me this place and I’m very glad I got to experience it! Came to catch up with a friend–I’m visiting from out of town and the food I thought was delightful! Loved the eggs benny, the way the hollandaise sauce, warm egg yolk, and seasoned potatoes UGH so good. I also had a pancake and that hit the spot. Loved my time. I completely forgot to leave a tip on my card I’m so sorry!!! I’ll be sure to come back some day and make it right!

Really chill atmosphere, I enjoyed the breakfast food and ambiance of the place.

Lots of decor! And my favorite part, space and rooms to choose from. You could sit anywhere you’d like inside or outside and enjoy a great meal.

Staff is kind and patient, always appreciated. Only thing keeping me from 5 stars are the prices. Besides that or if that isn’t a factor for you, this place is great!
