If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. Some of the best coffee I’ve ever gotten, and the Lincoln tunnel on an Asiago bagel? Absolutely amazing. I live right across the street from here and go there almost daily. Super friendly staff, quick with orders even when busy, never disappointed with the product. Highly recommend!

Over 10 cars in the lot, nobody inside, one employee, when asked says “We can’t do hot drinks right now” No explanation. You’re open, I sit in the lobby for 2 minutes before ANYONE is even visible, then I’m told you can’t make coffee at a coffee shop… what?

Got 2 hot chais one with brown sugar and expresso. She set both drinks down, I started to ask which was which and she cut me off saying they’re marked, quite rudely. No one behind us at the time. And we had to really stir the chai, it wasn’t dissolved so lots of floating dry chai. Not impressed. Sunday 1/18 at 3pm.

These are NOT bagels! These are Meijer enriched white hamburger buns with different flavors added. The bagels have not been boiled to create the right “chew” a New York City bagel has – if they were, the time was minimal and the water was not the correct recipe. And the price is crazy expensive. Sorry, but these are not worth it. Service was good and the atmosphere is a typical coffee shop feel.

Here is my favorite breakfast place, when I come to muskegon,MI since for while. open very early morning as 6:00 am, always stop by and have a tasty bagel. It’s Prety big for me. so I eat half, and another half for my lunch. My favorate is Chicken salada with french toast bagle. I love it!!

The jalapeño cream cheese is top notch. If you’re feeling dangerous, get it in the jalapeño cheddar bagel. If you’re feeling normal, also stellar on the everything bagel.
The coffee is full bodied and taste great.
Staff is kind and welcoming.

My drink has no Carmel flavoring it tastes like milk and coffee. The Brooklyns on Henry actually make the coffee right I get the same one there as well.

My drink, my husband’s and my son’s were all over the top WAYYYYY to sweet. For my son to say that, says a lot. Tasted like half a bottle of syrup was poured in each. We were camping in the area and so this is a one time visit. My son-in-law did tell me the bagels are amazing. Wish we had tried those!
Also, when following directions by Google Maps, it brings us to the back road behind the business. It did the same thing for my son who was meeting us here. Maybe update Google?
