Kudo to the setup. The coffee/drink station is well-designed and has plenty of options. The bagel selections are decent and are made with special “brooklylized” water. Perhaps is good for you, but taste wise, not as good as other good quality bagel shops. The black russian pumpernickel is just dark and blended. The cream cheese is $2, but at least is very generous. I only have the dark roasted coffee, but it is a bit light.

I had to put a neutral review because I had both a bad and good experience.
The bad was that the bacon egg and cheese sandwich seemed to have been made of powdered egg. When I would bite into it, I could feel water squeezing out of it. It was soft and mushy.
I just got off a cruise and it was like their egg.
Also it was only cut halfway through and I had to cut it with a plastic knife which was hard and left paper fragments in my sandwich. I ate about 1/3 of it and went to talk with someone.

They were unsure if it was powdered eggs but said I could exchange it for a muffin.

The muffin was great.

Also my wife loved her bagel with cream cheese and bacon.

Born and raised in Brooklyn. I grew up eating the best bagels, these are not it! I was disappointed the first time. I decided to go back a year or two later to give them another try, equally as disappointed. Dry and hard bagels on the very first day. As others mentioned, the staff (guy at register) not friendly.

Your bagels suck !!
I got a Taylor ham and cheese bagel this morning . Asked for extra Taylor ham and got Three VERY THIN slices that were raw! Hers a hint just because it says cooked does NOT mean ready to eat!!
Hers another hint
DO NOT MICROWAVE !!
It was not only raw it was like rubber from the microwave!!!
I asked for Taylor ham and cheese on a plain bagel. I got raw rubber lunch meat and you forgot the cheese. So after paying $15 for the Taylor ham and cheese sandwich when I got home, I had to take it apart and cook the Taylor ham and put my own cheese on it. I haven’t ordered from you in over a year because the last time I got a Taylor ham and cheese bagel from you when I got home I had one piece of BOILED ham and a half a slice of something I guess was supposed to be cheese? I threw that sandwich in the garbage.. you need somebody to teach you how to make a breakfast sandwich. IWILL NEVER GO TO Brooklyn water bagels EVER AGAIN .
btw I wrote this review to Google and I’m telling everybody I know to never go to your establishment ever again ..the pic I included is after I doctored it. It’s was DISGUSTING !! I also threw this one out !!

Always delicious bagels! The Reuben was amazing, and I live their coffee draft station! And coffee ice cubes so it doesn’t get watered down! If you are looking for a breakfast or lunch place that’s fast, but not greasy fast food, go! And if you’re driving through Florida off 75 It’s right by the exit, it’s a super quick stop en route to your vacation!

I was craving a bagel and coffee for Sunday breakfast, so I stopped by Brooklyn Water Bagel. From the variety of options available, I ordered an everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, along with a black coffee.

I received my order quickly, and the jalapeño cream cheese paired perfectly with the fresh bagel. I enjoyed every bite while sipping on my black coffee.

A bagel and coffee from Brooklyn Water Bagel made for a perfect, satisfying breakfast.

I hate this place. The coffee is really good but I have placed many orders via ubereats and the staff does not care about meeting your requests. If I ask for 2 fountain creamers, how much sense does it make to give me two half full creamers? Thats equal to one lol. It happens almost every time so I will not order from there ever again. I gave it many chances bcuz the coffee is good, but not enough to deal with that foolishness. Also their “large” coffee cups are smaller now. AND when I have ordered for pickup, I get there and they handed me a cup to prepare myself, defeating the purpose of pickup order. No thanks. Much better coffee places in the area.

Unfortunately the consistency of the baking Has become an issue. I’m a steady customer dozen bagels with tubs of cream cheese and butter almost every weekend It’s become a crapshoot on whether you get bagels that have been baked long enough or not. Sometimes done to perfection crispy on the outside, soft on the outside Other times the bagels are almost white on the outside and have to be brought home and put back into my oven. Also, their takeout tubs of cream cheese have become a problem. They are obviously pre-packing these tubs and freezing them Because now when I get the cream cheese home and open it, it is watery. It’s disappointing because when baked right it is a really good product. Downtown Tampa is now starting to see the migration of top-notch bagel stores coming there from New York and New Jersey. With the growth population in Wesley Chapel, it’s inevitable. They will be here soon as well. If this store cannot get better and a lot more consistent with their product, these other stores that will be coming here will affect them tremendously.
