Tried for the first time today. I ordered a pastrami, egg and cheese on an asiago bagel ($8.99). The bagel was fresh, light and with a nice crisp on the outside. It was delicious. The egg portion was really generous and also delicious. The pastrami was flavorful but just a tad on the tough side, nothing a strong bite couldn’t get through however. I will definitely be back to try more.
I also ordered a regular sized iced coffee ($4.99) and they have COFFEE ICE CUBES! That is a nice touch because no one likes watered down iced coffee after the ice melts.
Overall, I find the prices to be fair (especially the way things are today) and the portions are great. My order was ready in less than five minutes. The staff is kind and helpful, I was greeted as I entered the building. The atmosphere was very nice, the music was not loud at all which is big on the list for me. Plenty of seating (booth or table & chairs) and the overall color scheme was nice.

Have ordered twice thru Uber eats. The pastrami egg sandwich is great. But dont ask them to slice any bulk bagel orders. Both of my orders I checked the box for them to slice the bagels. Both times I’ve received unsliced bagels. It is clearly listed on the recipt (picture provided). And yet you can see all the bagels are not cut. I like the sandwiches but will likely never order again. Two times of complete incompetence is enough to show a pattern.

Yeah! I took a chance and drove 18 miles to get here and it is worth the drive. The bagel shop has what we are looking for…. Nice crisp SOLID hand rolled bagels and a variety to choose from just like the bagel shop I grew up with in town! The one in the picture is the poppy seed bagel with no skimping of the poppy seeds and I had the raisin bagel with just the right amount of raisins in it with cream cheese but not toasted so I could enjoy the real crispness of the outside of the bagel. Great job Brooklyn Bagel! Look for the sign “Its All About The Water” and enjoy a real NY style bagel!

Don’t go by the pictures. The bagels I just ordered had almost no flavors/toppings at all in the entire dozen. The two varieties ordered, onion and Asiago we like eating plain no taste bagels. Brooklyn NY would run them out of town for this poor representation of a NY bagel.

The food was ok. My everything bagel was more of a garlic plain bagel. But they charge you 1.20 for butter and dont even cover the bagel. Then when you ask for more butter they want you to pay for it when you already paid for it once. The management is rude. Horrible customer service. They’d rather argue with you than fix their mistake. Terrible representation of NY bagels and people.

My wife and I had an early visit to waters edge dermatology so why not have a bagel breakfast (?). So, we did.
9:30 am is early for us, but not for watermans bagel. It wasn’t busy (I like that) but comfortably full of people, who like us, may have had an early rise and wanted something to take them through till noon or an early bird special somewhere.
I had the ham, egg, cheese on a garlic bagel and my wife had the Williamsburg (made up of salmon, cream cheese, tomato, red onion, and a few capers on a black Russian bagel). She said to add YUM!
Hot coffees to boot. Nice waitstaff, good food and pleasant dining – great way to start our day.

Finally found a local place that serves great tasting bagels. Today hubby had an onion bagel and freshly made vegetable cream cheese. The cream cheese was mouth watering. I had the egg, bacon, sausage on a sesame bagel. It was so yummy and too big to eat in one sitting. Amazed at the cafe with the variety of coffee, drinks and even milk. My daughter who will only drink almond milk would have been delighted. Cafe. Clean and laid out to be functional. Outdoor seating is available. Service was great. We took 6 bagels home with us and the cinnamon bagels are delightful. Needed to savor the freshness and the memory of living in the north. A++ will return with no hesitation!

We are pretty much regulars here we come in all the time and Marlin is so Pleasant every time we come in very sweet lady but today we came in Marlin was her sweet self but the food was not up to par we asked for extra toasted bagels they were not we asked for salmon cream cheese and it was literally pin sized very sparse pieces of salmon it looked more like plain cream cheese we really enjoy frequenting this establishment but they have to do better for their customers!

My family and I have loved Brooklyn Water Bagel for years but after today’s visit I have to ask…what has happened to this place?!! The bagels are not the same at all! Ordered 6 garlic bagels to go and every one of them were a different color,
shape, and size. They are full of holes. It was also a bit disturbing when I saw someone in the kitchen ask the cashier to get him baskets from the dining room and when she brought them back to him he put them right on the line and filled them up without washing them. Please don’t respond back like in the other reviews saying I should have let management know because it was the manager that did it!! Very disappointed!!
