I’ve been patient and over five hours has gone by where they said they couldn’t figure out how to charge me the correct amount. I’ve called them one time to clarify as I definitely got one pizza that was a disaster. I’m happy to pay for the pizza but did not get the salad and did not get what I ordered of the 10 inch pizza and a small salad. They assured me they would call me because they couldn’t figure out how to refund or partially refund to correct my order and I’m still waiting and it’s 10:15. I ordered a 10” pizza to go and a salad to share as an appetizer as my spouse was preparing us dinner though she expressed a craving for the Brooklyn. This is just not acceptable and inconsiderate of our community And our people . As I am standing there ordering and given the receipt to sign …I am surprised – when I looked at the receipt usually around 21.00-25.00 for this same order … I was surprised as it was over $50.00 and inquired as to verify what I ordered as it was not in my receipt… after she took my card- it seems she rang up and ordered the wrong size pizza and I asked for the smaller one I had ordered … she was unable to rectify then I waited …Between 5 people including the new owner NO ONE COULD FIGURE OUT HOW TO REDUND THE $50.55 they charged my card and I waited 45 minutes – I was patient and appreciative and non blaming – this older lady simply kept rolling her eyes at me or the new owner – I wasn’t sure – I still don’t have my order corrected and have been charged over 50.55 for my order of a 10 inch pizza with two specialty toppings which is usually under 20.00 ridiculous -poor business – they simply rolled their eyes again and stated they would call me ? What the heck – exceptionally poor service – I would definitively order elsewhere an overall dissatisfying and frustrating experience ! And THIS IS WHAT MY PIZZA LOOKS LIke WHEN I OPENED THE BOX AT HOME – I kept the pizza box upright the entire time since it was handed to me and so they must have been sloppy or retaliatory and the pizza slid or the workers slid it to once side when it was fresh out of the oven AND so all the toppings slid to one side and it was completely soggy and inedible –
Good thing my husband had grilled steaks and this was supposed to be a savory, delicious and fun appetizer after a long day at work -we tried to make the best of our soggy pizza soup though the flavor and texture was totally unappetizing. Sadly this place is a fiasco !! 😐 I certainly miss the old owners – praying the new owners can figure out whet they need to do to improve customer service and their mess of a soggy pizza ! YUCK!

Solid pizza joint with both Sicilian and neopolitan style pizza. The balance of ingredients was good and the staff was kind and accommodating. Wheelchair access is easy. Family style ordering is way to go. Get a big salad and a couple of pizzas and four folks will be happy.

NY John says. Other pizza places around here? Fuggedaboutit. I’ve had a better pie eating the pizza box.
Then a friend told me about Brooklyn Pizza.
Let me tell you something—if this place was in Huntington Village on Long Island, it would hold its own with the best of them. And that’s saying something.
NY John says this is the real deal. Forget about it, baby. Don’t try the rest—come right here for the best.

The girlfriend and I have been here a couple of times now and have tried a couple different things. Everything is always hot and fresh! The service is great, super nice people.

We were really blown away by how great the bread baskets were. Absolutely amazing, hot & freshly baked, served with herbs and oil for dipping.

The Sicilian pizza….. it was so fluffy but crispy in all the right places! With the specialty “great white” as the toppings. Truly unforgettable.

The hot wings are the best in town. Well cooked, well seasoned, well dressed in sauce and not skimpy on the size.

I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for great beer and wings or delicious handmade pizza

I was born in New Jersey and lived (if you could call it living) in New York City for decades. This is authentic Brooklyn pizza. The tri-state area has a special aquifer that creates arguably the cleanest mineral water in the country which results in the best bagels, bakeries and pizza that you’ll ever experience.
Somehow, Brooklyn-style pizza has been able to re-create this experience. I have no idea how they did it. It is unbelievable. It tastes like home. I just moved down here about two years ago and I was home sick the whole time until I walked into this place. And it made me feel like South Carolina is my home now. I teared up, I’m not gonna lie. I’ve been in the service business my whole life and I really value good food and drink and people and I miss New Jersey so much and they made me feel better. Because it’s too expensive to live there now. And that’s okay. It’s better here anyway.
The crust is crispy, there is just enough sauce and ALMOST too much cheese which respects the dough; so no flop. Order it well done. The wings are top-notch, everything is made from scratch, the cannoli’s are baked there and they use just a touch of anise for a lacy bitter bite complexifying a sweet delicious thing.
The young lady who took care of me was a talent and an inspiration. She clearly cares about hospitality and values the food that she sells. She loves her job and it is so incredibly refreshing to see an employer who actively cares about the people they employ and the product they produce. More and more those sentiments seem to be rare commodities these days.
Brooklyn-style pizza is an example of a restaurant that does everything right. They actually care, and that care is reflected in every amazing bite. Please keep doing what you are doing, both as a restaurant and as the kind of business other folks should strive to create. I am so glad I found this place. It’s a little bit of hope and joy. And that’s all we need to keep moving forward.

It also smells like a 1980s mall arcade. You should get a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II:Turtles in Time booth!

A busy Friday night well-executed! After being on the road all day, we very much appreciated the quality and attention. Food was absolutely amazing, and before we could even get the words out of our mouths, we received a refill on our drinks! Thank you all so much. We will be back next chance!

Tessa was a pleasure to speak to and provided us with a great experience. Pizza had a crunch to it – Portnoy would probably give it at least a 7.4. We were additionally provided free bread to enjoy before the pizza, of which was amazing enough to leave a review.

Save room for dessert!! The cannoli is exceptional. And of course the pizza is delicious! Dine in for a chance to try their complementary focaccia bread too.

Party of 3, ordered 2 pizzas and a Stromboli. first off, place is too small to deal with crowds. Secondly, after ordering, it takes about an hour to get your food, and it doesnt come at the same time. one pizza, then 15 mins later, the other. then they made a calzone instead of strombolli and took even longer to actually make what was ordered. then, the pizza was flimsy and seemed like it had been sitting in water, but also somehow burnt. then finally when we got the Stromboli, the bread on the outside was cooked while the inside was raw, consistency of raw dough, and it wasn’t the cheese. Could have spent less and got more food for the price, plus would have enjoyed it at least.
