Delivery service has always been why I never order from Brooklyn Square.
Last night I placed an order at 6:32pm. It didn’t arrive until 8:09pm. An hour and a half plus for a single pie is absolutely ridiculous. The food was good but not worth the long wait. Thanks for the reminder on why I will eat else where.

What a disgrace. Ordered a chicken wrap and one slice of the thick upside down pizza. When I arrived there was a whole pie of the wrong pizza. It was thin and had fresh mozzarella on top. I explained that all that was ordered was one slice. The gentleman in front said I needed to specify that when I order and of course I reminded him I did! The attitude. Yes they were busy but it’s straight carelessness. The slice was wrong and cold and hard and the wrap was a mess. Soaked and mushy. Ill never go there again! What a disaster.

Phone was off tye hook couldnt even order on the phone had to go through doordash and soebd an extra 20$. Figured wth might as well get extra cheese. Unreal. I’ve ordered from here alot and there is certainly no extra cheese on my 35.00 upside down pie. Ridiculous honestly the way these businesses just get away with this mediocre food charging outrageous prices. Do better !!!!!

Ordered the upside down vodka pie today and when we got home the whole pizza was completely raw dough. Tried calling the location and phone was “off the hook” for 55 minutes. Called the Manasquan location to see if they can help they said “oh yeah they take their phones off the hook sometimes, and the pizza being raw it’s normal cause how the cook it” I tell her it’s against the law and health code to eat raw dough especially with kids and she said well that’s how it comes and to call back later. Still no call back.

Love both the pizza and food here. A loyal customer for years at both the Jackson and Toms River locations.. pickup or delivery the food is always incredible. just want to give a little extra shoutout though to Justyna at Tom’s River who took my delivery order, she is the sweetest when answering the phone and her customer service is incredible!

I got tasty pizzas, such as the square pepperoni and chicken. They are very attentive. Update: It was Friday, August 9, 2024, and the girl taking the order was not friendly when I asked about the toppings. It would help if you got someone professional to take the orders.

Was in the area and we had to stop in for a quick bite they gave me a cold slice and she told me it was heated up I asked her to reheat it she had an attitude. It tasted okay but the whole time we sat and ate there her and the man we’re talking about some drama which was uncomfortable and all we had to watch was politics and news on Fox! We go to get away from division. Very unpleasant experience! When you go out to eat, you want it to taste good, be treated as respect as a customer, and not have to hear about problems in your personal life AND politics!
