I don’t know whose mama’s recipe that rosemary chicken is, but go kiss her now bc dang was that good! I come here all the time, but this was my first time trying this sandwich and as always, I was not disappointed. Those thighs are so juicy, flavorful, and the ciabatta bread with all that cheese is just perfect Next time I’m trying the special, but I couldn’t resist this one today. Can’t wait to see y’all again soon!!

The tastiest cuban sandwich I have ever tried. I picked this place at random for a quick lunch, ordered their signature cuban and salad. Sandwich was very good, and right side. Took them about 10 minutes to make 3 of those. They do have nice small outside seating area. Stuff is nice and friendly.

I ordered the Cuban sandwich and the portion size is great. However, the pork was not cut pork, it was more mushy and pulled, and cold along with the other meats. A cold Cuban. Presentation looked great but it was disappointing.Also ordered the Reuben, again, great portion but so oily and soggy w couldn’t eat it. The bathroom there was absolutely disgusting and I’m sorry but that says a lot about an establishment especially when the place was completely empty there should be no reason you can’t clean a bathroom. I’m afraid of what the kitchen looks like. These pictures don’t even show the layers of gunk built up from not cleaning. I think there are other places that exceed in flavor and cleanliness. I have it a shot but first impression it’s a no for me.

I. Love. This. Place. This is one of our DoorDash favorites, especially for comfort food. It’s a rare rainy Saturday night and Brooklyn always comes thru! I had a good laugh, and deep appreciation for the attention to detail on tonight’s order (see pic) I love folks who take pride in their work. My rosemary chicken sandwich was excellent! The potato soup- to die for! Can’t go wrong here!

this place was awesome!! my friend and i were practicing for the first time at kinnection arts down the street and they recommended this place for the best sandwiches and so we had to give it a try! its a cute little shop and i believe he was the owner/chef — but he was so friendly and happy to walk us through the sandwiches on the menu. I ordered a turkey fig sandwich with cheddar cheese on ciabatta bread and it was sooooo goood! i’d have to agree with the girl from the arts studio — this was definitely one of the best sandwiches i’ve ever had!

My wife and I made our first visit to Brooklyn South and it was soooo good. I had the “Finest Cuban” sandwich and it was so full of flavor and quite large for the price. The pork was super tender. It was either pressed or cooked on a flat top, perfect. My wife had the veggie sandwich on Ciabatta and loved it. It’s located on Central Ave in a fun/active part of St Pete near the Tropicana. We sat outside at a table on the sidewalk and watched the world go by. The people working there were very nice.

Spent the afternoon in St Pete, starting with a winter festival in the Edge District. The weather was beautiful. We found Brooklyn South walking back to our car, and what a gem. We sat outside. My wife ordered the Turkey Mango- roasted turkey, cheddar cheese, and mango chutney, and I ordered an Italian Stallion- ham, salami, capicola, provolone, roasted peppers, and pesto mayo or oil and vinegar with a side of macaroni. Holy cow, what a sandwich! It was huge and deliciously packed with meat and extras, and the bread was the crowning finish. The macaroni was also very good, and brought me back to my days in Jersey. We can’t wait to come back and try something new, like the BLT that looked awesome as well.

I stopped by today because I was in the area. This place is small and quaint but do not sleep on it. They have a few tables inside and outside and speciality sandwiches pictured. They have a pretty neat wine selection as well. I ordered their Reuben (to go) – they make a traditional one on rye and a more non traditional one on ciabatta. I tried the non traditional one and it was perfect. Lots of meat, spicy mustard, perfectly melted cheese. The bread was perfectly soft and chewy. Definitely stop by here, you won’t be disappointed.
