They have the pizza by the slice here, which is really easy to get on the go. It’s definitely a New York style pizza, it’s thin the sauces spicy in a good way not just some bland red water they use real cheese. Don’t waste your time with the mozzarella sticks, they’re not New York style or even a regular kind. The Lady was extremely nice.

I’m a regular customer here but I felt the young man working the register this evening could be more courteous and polite, since my pizza wasn’t ready he said i didn’t have to wait by the register instead of saying have a seat at a table also when giving me my pizza he didn’t offer me Parmesan cheese which I think they should. He also didn’t offer me a receipt. Needs work on the little things to keep customers coming back.

Wanted this to be awesome. It was not. Just OK Still looking for great pizza in Texas. Papa John’s was surprisingly better last week. I will say reheated the next day Brooklyn probably earns another star, but fresh, not so much. Maybe they should just cook it longer.

I highly recommend Brooklyn Pizzeria! Their pizza tastes just like the NY style pizza I was used to when I lived there. The staff provide courteous service. We used Brooklyn Pizzeria for a party a few weeks ago, and they arrived on time with our order served hot and ready for our guests. They all enjoyed it! This has become our new pizza go-to.

We ordered 2 minutes ahead and we got 2 full pizzas. We Thought we were going to have to wait there for 5 extra minutes but they were finished by the time we got there. They were FAST. The pizza was perfect with the cheese and pepperoni. Top 10 best pizzerias in Sugar Land TX. That’s why I give this place 5 Stars ⭐

This place is owned by a half Albanian/ half Italian. The inside is clean and the decor is pleasant. I love the wall with the Brooklyn bridge and reminds me of my time in NYC. the Albanian/Greek server was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. On her recommendation I ordered a half Brooklyn special and half chicken pesto. The Brooklyn special has almost everything on it and was my favorite. So many little bites that were full of flavor and texture. The crust was thin and crispy. Sauce was ok but the ingredients were the star. I would get this again. The chicken pesto was on the milder side. I think it’s meant to be this way. Nothing wrong with this pizza but it’s not my preference. I think I’d rather have something with more punch. I also ordered buffalo wings. Sauce was as expected. The wings weren’t overcooked where it comes out dry. Instead it was moist.
I would get it again.
Hawaiian had good flavors, pineapple was sweet, ham flavorful. I always like to have jalapenos for an extra kick.
Funghi mushrooms were tasty. Onions weren’t sharp but actually sweet. Really good overall.
Spaghetti marinara wasn’t bad. Meat sauce was tasty. Ordered with garlic bread and salad with Italian dressing. I appreciated that the Italian dressing was home made and quite tasty. Glad it wasn’t typical store bought dressing.
Finally the owner came out to greet the customer and offered complimentary lemon cello. It was good.
Moist, not too sweet and lemony.
Finally there is a pizzeria I can go to Houston and is comparable to NYC.

We really enjoyed the food. The pizza was flavorful, and the crust was perfect and crispy. We absolutely loved it. The wings were good, standard lemon pepper, but could have used more seasoning. Salad was nothing impressive, a lot of romaine lettuce, but I liked the Italian dressing. I didn’t take a photo of the mozzarella garlic bread because they rolled the bread in foil (ordered to-go), therefore, both sides were “sealed” together. The bread was VERY GOOD, even though we couldn’t separate it. It was nice, garlicky, and the mozzarella was a great addition. The pizza was the star, of which it should be. We’ll definitely visit again.

I am born and raised in NY (Long Island). I give my stamp of approval for this chain having the authentic NY pizza flavor. In fact, it has the authentic old fashion taste more so than some places in NY that used to have the authentic old fashion NY pizza taste (as I found out on my most recent trip back to NY). If taking home, make sure the pizza stays flat, as cheese on authentic NY cheese pizza will slide if not completely flat.
Had the same chain’s pizza in corpus Christi and it was also the authentic taste.
Finally, authentically flavored NY pizza in the Houston/Sugar Land area!
Note: saw some reviews say the dough is chewy. well it’s supposed to be chewy. that’s the Authentic part for the dough. The cheese should also be slightly oily and it is as well.

Pizza toppings were very skimpy for the price. I paid $17 for the smallest pizza here as I was at lunch. I had to remove the toppings from every other slice to make it enjoyable. Weird because this was the meat lovers with extra pepperoni. The dough was soft, without crisp and the sauce needed flavor. I added every condiment on the table and then purchased ranch because there was very little flavor.
Extreme signs of no management……all of these items are easily correctable.

Hands down best pizza. This is real NY pizza. Greasy on top, crispy on bottom, AND IT DOESNT LEAK THROUGH. You won’t find this anywhere else in Houston. The place is also clean and spotless.
