Wow! We saw this place in a food group on Facebook, and wanted to try it out. We are 100% planning to come back and try most things on their menu Ruben was so nice and you can tell he really enjoys making his customers happy! Lots of yummy food for such a reasonable price and it all came out piping hot. It is a food truck, but they make everything fresh to order and the inside of the truck looks very clean and sanitary. Although it’s a 30 minute drive, I can tell it’s going to be one of our favorite spots.

It’s got the NYC pizza vibe for sure. As a Queens girl it isn’t exact but it’s definitely high on the list. The one thing you have to know is this isn’t a brick and mortar it’s a food truck. Now I went in the day the guys were nice on their opening day, food was good, price was decent the family deal is 10/10 the best deal. My only regret is not getting garlic knots. If you going at night I hope they have lights or something cause you might miss them.

A bit out of the way and slight challenge to find but after a first, second bite…you will experience an extreme feeling of accomplishment. I just got a simple half pep half cheese to try out all this “New York Pizza” static. Brooklyn Pizza Factory, you may have won this battle. Touche. But not the war! Impressive how you captured an authentic NYP taste into a manageable slice. I did not have to use two hands just to hold the slice because the crust was PERFECT. And I do not receive my greasy now, when I wash my hands will this clog the drain? experience you normally get with a slice of NYP. Do yourself nice reader…check this spot out.
