Great New York style pizza! Pies are huge – 18″ so don’t whine about the prices. You can easily deed 4 adult men with 1 pie. Great crust and just the right amount of sauce. Highly recommend!

When I went to pic up my online order the worker informed me my pizza was burnt and they were making me a new one. 15 min later I leave my my pizza. When I got home and opened up the box the half side with green peppers and sausage (barely any sausage) it was completely burnt. If you took off any green pepper it was completely black on the pizza. I called to inform the staff and the employee said I would have to bring the pizza back and they could make me a new pizza. I said I couldn’t and had to put my child to bed. It’s a 15/20 min drive as well. He said there was nothing they could do for me in a rude voice. No refund, coupons or even an apology. It was like he didn’t believe me! (Even though they had already burnt my pizza once before I even received it). I order from Pizza Authority almost every week and this is unacceptable and will not returning. I even emailed to try to get in touch with the owner and no reply back.

We drove down from Short Pump on NYD to try since we’ve heard a lot of good things.
Immediate green flag before we even walked in; closed on Mondays says real New York Italians work here. We got slices of Meat Lovers and Margarita, both of which were perfection. Spot on foldable crust with perfect dough to topping/cheese ratio. Not soggy or overcooked in the slightest. Also a single $5-6 slice is a literal (not figurative) 1/4 of an entire pizza. My two year old daughter even happily shared my slice, which any toddler parent will tell you is a mythic unicorn of an experience.
Fun bonus surprise, they also do a spectacular shawarma. We live less than 5min from one of the best shawarma places in Richmond, run by a real Iraqi family, so we know great shawarma. Can firmly endorse BPA as every bit as good.
Can’t say enough good things. Will definitely be back. Only downside of visit was eating the entire slice in one sitting, but that was my own dumb fault.

We are pizza lovers! Through a conversation with the owner I found out they have vegan cheese and I could get a great pizza I could be excited about! Y’all look at that pizza! Delicious crunchy crust, yummy fresh veggies, and melty vegan cheese! I am definitely coming back. Maybe I’ll get a vegan meatless meatball sub next time!

The shawarma pizza was beyond delicious! The crust is such a perfect crunch but also a nice dough, and the flavor is distinct. We meant to pick up. They presented our pizzas to make sure we were visually pleased with our order. We ended up staying, and my wild children loved their pizza. The team were good sports about their child typical behavior.

This is the only pizza I’ve found in VA that tastes spot on to the NY/CT pizza my family and I grew up eating. I laughed so hard tonight when I came in because they said, “you’re the girl that always calls about the Margarita pizza.” I sure am, it’s so good! Every time I come in they’re super chill, funny and kind which I really appreciate. I finally got the chance to talk to the owner today and he’s dope too. Even though I’m currently trying to unbig my back (and we’re making strides okay!) I won’t be cutting this pizza out of my every other week rotation. Looking forward to ordering pizzas for my birthday in March God willing!

Disappointed New Yorker! My friend(mushroom slice) and I got a slice of pepperoni pizza around 5:30pm. The best part was the thin crust although a little dry. Maybe the pizza was just old but red sauce was too pungent. It took overtook the entire flavors of the slice. In NY, have never had a slice of pepperoni pizza where I couldn’t taste the pepperoni or cheese.

Great guys directly from up top and you can taste it. Crispy bottom on the pizza. Huge slices. Owner even gave me some “vodka sauce” on the house and it was a perfect blend of herbs, pesto, cheesy, tomato sauce that goes well with any slice you get. These guys are legit to say the least.
