Great service is hard to come by these days. Brooklyn Dumpling Shop takes pride in their work and in the product they’re putting out. I was even offered water while I waited for my order, and the prices are very fair for the location. It’s little things like that that make this a standout spot. Plus, the food was excellent — I had the pork dumplings with a side of noodles.

Very small store but conveniently located within the downtown Miami brightline central station.
Very friendly and helpful staff. It is expensive but the food is worth it.
I tried their orange ginger tempura chicken bites, their chicken lemongrass steamed dumplings and a salted caramel milk tea.
Everything was served in a timely manner but after trying the tempura chicken bites, the lemongrass dumplings were kind of bland.
In any case, this place is within walking distance from my office so I will be back.
FYI, they have a rewards program so make sure you sign up for it.

We enjoyed our meal at this hidden discovery. The service was fantastic! After rude treatment from Brightline employees, I was concerned about our visit to Miami….but the meal and VIP treatment from the Brooklyn Dumpling Shop employees tonight, made the rest of our evening. It was clean, had a pleasant environment/ambiance, and the employees were knowledgeable about their products. Did I say that the food was AMAZING. Thank you. We plan to visit every time were in town.

The food was amazing, definitely recommend the Mac n cheese dumplings!!!! The staff was also super sweet! Affordable and delicious lunch spot! Right next to the bright line so really convenient too.
