Okay stop. Service was okay. Credit card processor was having issues during my visit. Was recommended their pizza. Food was hot but didn’t taste fresh. The top of the pizza had a lot of grease on it used a napkin to remove it.

Ordered a pizza and it arrived stone cold with uncooked (canned) mushrooms thrown on top. Had we known they closed at 8 pm on a Friday, we would not have DoorDashed. (We ordered at 6:30. Pizza arrived at 8:05.) They obviously lost track of our order as the driver got here promptly after the app said it was ready for her to pick up. Both our pizza and cinnamon bread were not even warm to the touch when they arrived. This is an order that would have been returned to the kitchen had we been dining in.

This is our first experience and we were so pleased with first the cleanliness we noticed as we entered. Then the server was so friendly and welcoming. When she told us the price I said what? Because it was so reasonable. Then the arrival of huge portions snd finally a good bye from the staff as we were leaving. In the picture we had already began eating. By the way…the French fries are delicious

Use to love love love Brooklyn Deli! But in the past 5 or so months everything has changed for the worse. The food is sloppy and we all end up getting sick which makes it even worse! We have had different food and shared same food and the past 4 times we all have gotten sick! Not just a coincidence we have tried it multiple times and different food items. So disappointed do better before you kill someone!

They were very busy and apologized for it and we happy to wait 45mins but when we got the pizza home it was horrible! The crust was 4inchs long and 2 1/2 inches thick. The middle was paper thin and raw. The amount of grease was outrageous. And the crust was burnt. We could not eat it! I’ve gotten pizza here before and loved it. It’s one of my favorites. But we don’t door dash so we haven’t ordered for awhile. We were in the area and so excited to get their pizza and were very disappointed.
