Noblesville locals, rejoice! We finally have a phenomenal pizza spot, and it’s called Brooklyn . This isn’t just good local pizza; this is the real deal—a truly authentic taste of New York style that Noblesville has been desperately needing.
The pizza itself is exactly what it should be. The crust is magnificent: perfectly cooked, crispy, and foldable, with that signature char and chew that defines the style. They don’t skimp on the ingredients either; the pies come loaded with plenty of fresh, high-quality toppings. Every bite feels authentic, satisfying that specific craving for genuine East Coast flavor.
But you absolutely cannot leave without trying the extras. Do yourself a massive favor and grab the garlic knots. They are warm, buttery, flavorful, and truly yummy—the perfect sidekick to any pizza order.
A quick note for first-timers: while they do have some seating, Brooklyn Char is primarily an order and pickup place. It’s set up to deliver fast, fantastic takeout, so plan accordingly.

This was our first experience with Brooklyn Char, we will definitely be back! This was the perfect New York style pizza. Crispy crust throughout, no soggy areas. We got the pepperoni and added sausage and hot honey. When we picked it up, we thought it would last us a week it was so big. It lasted 2 days lol. Garlic knots were also so good.
They were running about 20 min behind with my order and were so kind and apologetic, even threw in the garlic knots for free. Great service, even better pizza

10/10 pizza. Huge slices, ordered two pizzas and we could each only eat one slice so we have leftovers for days. Ours kids loved the cheese pizza and we did the bacon/fig special which was amazing. The crust was perfect and the garlic knots had a homemade flavor. We will definitely be ordering from here again.
So takeout if you can though, small place with limited seating and definitely order ahead.

Brooklyn Char Pizza was amazing! I had to pinch myself I must be dreaming. We ordered the mushroom and onion pizza with half pepperoni and half sausage, and every bite was incredible. The undercarriage was phenomenal, and the crust had that truly authentic East Coast NY swag. Crispy on the outside, light and chewy inside. The toppings were fresh, the sauce flavorful, and the balance of flavors was perfect.
We also had their garlic knots, which were outstanding soft, buttery, and full of garlic flavor. Friendly service and a laid-back vibe made the experience even better. Truly authentic East Coast pizza in Noblesville, Indiana! My wife and I will definitely be coming back 5 out of 5 stars!

Great place to get great pizza! I got the pepperoni add sausage and it came awesome! As close to authentic NY pizza you will get around here and in my.opinion the best pizza in Hamilton County and its not close! I’m really excited to have this place just 2 miles away and will for certain be returning. Place is clean, food is great and Sarah was very friendly! Keep uo the work!

This is the best pizza in Indianapolis. Hands down. It’s great pizza, well done(crunchy), good contrast(not every bite is the same), and not a mountain of cheese. I would highly recommend getting extra sauce. These pizzas are MUCH bigger than the chains( their prices really aren’t too bad).

Best Pizza in Indy!
This isn’t your typical chain-style pizza—it takes a little longer, but that extra time reflects the quality and care put into every bite. The wait is absolutely worth it.
We drove 45 minutes to try it, and it exceeded expectations. We’ll definitely be making the trip again in the future!

If you like thin pizza with a thin crispy foldable undercarriage crust like me, then this is a must try. Simple menu. One size only. Dining area is small so get take out. We had the “Bee Sting” which has a slightly spicy meat and Mikes Hot Honey and it was great. Of the Indy pizzas I’ve tried, only Keystone Sports Review pizza has been this good.

We dined in. Walked in and sat down…the counter to order is hidden around the corner and there isn’t signage (yet anyway) to tell you where to order. Walked up and figured it out after a few minutes. Ordered stuffed breadsticks and pizza ~$40.
Pizza was done and came out first. Was given very thin paper plates, which got grease-soaked pretty quickly. (Pizza+grease is a given) We don’t live local or we would just do carry-out.
Pizza is huuuuge! Can easily feed 4-6 people. Flavor was good; especially the sauce – definitely a good pizza that isn’t a “chain” – very heavy slices….couldn’t finish 2 slices. Box was so big it was hard to fit in the refrigerator- we will be eating this for a couple of days!
Not giving 5 stars for this visit; would do 4.5 if it was an option. May return if we needed to feed more than 2 people.

The owner reached out to me stating the issue was resolved and gifted me two free pizzas. I tried them again today and I am updating my review.
The cheese pizza was much better this time around. Awesome flavor and great crust.
The onion and mushroom pizza was my favorite. It was super delicious and the flavor was great!
Overall I am really happy with the owner taking responsibility and making things right. That is great costumer service! I’ll have a full updated review up on my YouTube channel coming soon! (Amazingislife on YouTube)

We got two pizzas. One Cheese and one Onion and Mushroom. The cheese was decent but the onion and mushroom was undercooked. The crust was still semi raw. Really disappointed as I was sooo excited to try this place.
I love NYC style pizza and having lived there for a year and a half had it a lot. This was did not live up to that at all.
