Brooklyn Baking Company has been a Waterbury landmark for over 100 years. We are still carrying on the tradition. We are best known for our Donuts and Italian Bread but we make plenty of other great products, Breads, Rolls, Pastries, Cookies, Cupcakes and we also make Breakfast Sandwiches until 12:00.

We are traveling through this area and had a pumpkin muffin, an apple donut, a Bavarian donut and a custard and jelly filled donut that was THE best thing I’ve ever had … and I’ve eaten tons of pastries in my lifetime .

The place is decent I’m not sure why the reviews are so outstanding. The donuts are definitely very good, one of the best I’ve had, but the cookies were horrible. I’m a huge cookie lover and not super picky but I literally spit it out. The raspberry twist was dry. Crumb cake was generic. Cupcakes were fine.

Longggg lines but they move pretty quickly. Only thing I wish is that they had a better variety throughout the day. I went around 10:30 am and the variety was already low.
Also wish they had better signage, prices and menu posting in the store or online.

Heard about this place awhile back, saw it on social media a few times. Woke up headed over early. Everything looked fresh and delicious. The glazed donut was excellent, I’m definitely a donut guy and this was top notch! We recommend 10/10

Simple little bakery with the fluffiest softest jelly donuts around. Had them in a bag for 2 days and they were still soft and delicious. Try the glazed and sugar donuts too. So good!

Get there early or they run out of donuts you might want. Brooklyn Baking in Waterbury has great tasting donuts. Boston creme has tasty filling and just the right amount of donut around it. Glazed donuts are awesome. Jelly donut was great also. Definitely worth going here for donuts!

Found this place online and the reviews looked good so I decided to check it out. The staff were super friendly! The Apple filled donuts are amazing and I should of ordered more then 2. The cannolis are probably the bests ones I ever had. Let’s just say I will be returning .
