Grand opening today in Port Richey. Let me make this clear, I honestly wish them success. That said. They had a nice selection, more than Ive seen in other places. The bagels absolutely need to be cooked more. Many were literally white, unlike any NY bagel I have ever seen. The bialys were also double the size of a NY bialys and under cooked as well. See the pictures. The onion bagel is one I brought home and actually cooked in my air fryer to the color an onion bagel, including the onions have always been. The asiago bagels should have cheese all over the top, not just a drop in the whole of the bagel. See pics. Again, I do wish them great success and may return in the future to see if there were any chances. Others may enjoy but when I hear NY style bagels, I expect NY style bagels and have yet to find them in many years of hitting difference places.Some upto an hour away from me.

We just discovered this cute little place. It was so yummy Our breakfast sandwiches, danishes, and Vanilla Iced coffee were soo good!! The service was fast, everything was extremely clean, tasted great, and was an all around good experience. I will definitely be going back.

Delicious bagel sandwiches! My ham, egg, and cheese on Asiago, was piled high with thin-sliced good quality ham. I am making two meals out of it due to the large size. The egg was an actual cracked whole fried egg, not a premade egg patty. My husband had bacon on his Everything bagel sandwich and it was also very good.
Bagels are storemade and fresh. Best we’ve had in this area.
We rated it lower on atmosphere, due to the lack of outdoor seating-which they had told us months ago they were going to add.

This is at least my 6th time here. Bagels are great. The service this morning was horrible! Bought 6 bagels and asked if they could toast one bagel since we are driving for 3 hours and she emphatically said NO with her arms folded. Only if it’s a sandwich. I asked if I could pay extra. She said, I am NOT toasting it. She needs to be trained in customer service or fired. Not sure of her name. Blonde girl, pony tail, baseball hat.

I’ve been there a few times before so I recognize the managers voice on the phone. I called to verify the store was open (I’ve driven there on a Monday I believe one time and it was closed so I decided to verify the days and hours) I said “hey I was calling to make sure you guys were open today” and instead of just telling me yes or no or giving me the hours of business she asked me “why wouldn’t we be?” Being a bit confused by the question and wondering why they wouldn’t just remind me of the hours of business I said “I’ve driven by one day, I think on a Monday and you guys were closed. So I was just calling to make sure you guys were open today.” So instead of taking yet the second opportunity to just give me the days and hours of operation she decides to tell me that “today is Sunday.” At this point with no help from the manager my question had been answered but my patience was wearing thin. I did remind the employee on the phone that a simple yes or no answer or just providing me the hours of operation would’ve been much more helpful than the unnecessary questions and unhelpful comments. Love the bagels, love the place, maybe find a new manager. Telling me what day of the week it is like I’m not talking to her on a hand held calendar that I keep in my pocket.

Great bagels really great quality , One might say best bagels in town. Only thing I didn’t like (threw my bagel in the trash after I left) , the guy constructing my sandwich in the back had no gloves on , scratched his head and proceeded to touch the turkey, and went back to reconstructing my bagel . This isn’t India and I was riddled with disgust and disappointment . I’d like to suggest gloves and retraining.

Wow! What a disappointment!!! Was so looking forward to a new Bagels place in our area and was excited when Google said OPEN! I drove all the way here just to see that it’s actually closed with homeless sleeping outside.. what a shame and that’s an understatement. So much potential down the drain. For the future, only set OPEN on Google when you’re Open…

Stopped in on Black Friday morning and purchased a bakers dozen assorted bagels for our volunteers at work. Huge, traditional style, tender, and delicious! We all loved them. YUM! Highly recommend.
