This place is everything You Want Starbucks to be. It’s quick. It’s reliably good and it’s a reasonable price for what you’re getting across the Board.

People hold this brand in high regard. as an Uber Driver,I’ve had people insult me for not knowing Brooklyn bagels and when I talk about other bagels, they say how dare you call that a bagel about major chains in Atlanta with multiple locations. So I would take all of the reviews with a grain of salt.

It’s clean, elaborate, and chill.

I spent 10 bucks for two sandwiches and a cup of coffee though, I did bring in my own cup, which is a pro tip

Wonderful bagel spot with reasonable prices. Wide selection of bagels and sandwiches and a few pastries Fresh bagels prepared with generous proportions. Nice New York feel with inside and outside seating.

I just got a sourdough bagel – definitely the best bagel that I’ve ever had in Atlanta! It is really thick, perfectly chewy, soft in the middle, and slightly sweet.

The menu was extensive with plenty of bagel flavors and sandwich options. They also had chips, desserts, drinks, etc. I can’t speak to their coffees or sandwiches, but the bagel itself was delicious.

Parking was really easy as it has a parking lot attached. The environment was also really nice – plenty of seating and people enjoying their food on a Saturday morning. It was quite busy, but the food came out fast. The service was also friendly and prompt.

My only (very, very small) complaint is that the line could’ve been clearer – kind of hard to tell where it started and ended.

I had been wanting to try this place for awhile. We were expecting a big crowd but the line moved quick. Did wait in line long enough to see the 76 score they received from the health department which to be honest made me change my order to something a bit safer. I got a bagel with peanut butter. Their prices are marked but just couldn’t justify paying the surcharge for peanut butter. The bagel alone is 1.99. The bagel with peanut butter is 5.49. I should have brought my own jar for that price my friend got two bagel sandwiches and they were fine but nothing special. Overall this place definitely fills a need in the area – it is a solid deli with a lot of options and close to a lot of recreation and other things which is probably partially why it’s so popular.

So excited to have Brooklyn Bagel in the neighborhood! This is the real deal. I got an Sesame bagel with sausage, egg white and cheese and it was perfect—chewy, fresh, and delicious. The coffee was great, and the staff was super friendly. Welcome to Brookhaven! Can’t wait to come back and try a lunch sandwich.

I went here for lunch today around 1:00 PM — I was in the area looking for Jersey Mike’s, completely unaware that it had been removed and replaced with a Publix (I think a Kroger used to be here). This was my first visit, and it wasn’t too busy. The restaurant seemed clean, and it was nice to see tables being wiped down. There is also plenty of outdoor seating under a large overhang, which would probably be nice in cooler or drier weather.

I ordered a tuna melt and chose the Israeli salad as the side. I asked for jalapenos to be added to the sandwich, and was disappointed when I got the receipt to find that they charged a dollar for the additional topping. Seemed steep considering there were about 8-10 jalapeno slices. The sandwich was pretty good, but would have been better if it had been heated through — some of the thicker parts were still cool in the middle. The bread and other toppings were very good, and it seemed like a sizable portion of tuna salad was on the sandwich. When it came to the Israeli salad, I wish I had more than what was in that little cup! It was very good and so fresh! I could have had a bowl of that stuff for lunch alone! 🙂

Overall, I’d visit again…there are many other items on the menu that I’d like to try.

Stopped for a quick bite, literally a bagel with cream cheese. What I don’t understand is the 3 different prices listed for bagels. I circulated almost $10 into this business for literally a bagel with cream cheese, more like a cream cheese sandwich, lol. Kind of pricey for a quick bite. Also it didn’t come toasted like I had requested. The server couldn’t really explain to me the price differences and up charge for a flavored bagel. If i return I will probably buy a full sandwich for the money spent. I would not go here for a bagel though.

On a fateful Sunday morn, before a kickball game at the Blackburn park, we ventured into this establishment, where the crowd was plentiful. Shoulder to shoulder we stood, my companion and I, awaiting our modest banquet, a “power wrap,” a humble bagel and two cups of coffee.

The bill felt like a vengeful creditor. I pondered, have I unwittingly purchased partial ownership in this café? The food, though not vile, sang no sonnet upon my tongue. Perhaps, aye, perhaps, I had chosen poorly from the menu’s treacherous scroll, while others around me reveled in some secret delicacy, a fan-favorite unknown to us. Or perchance this was simply the only breakfast refuge for miles, and the multitude gathered here from sheer necessity, not delight. Or perhaps, I should have gone for the rainbow doughnuts!

Whatever the truth, the place stirred in me no lasting reverie. I departed with the thought, so ends another culinary tragedy, not with thunder, but perhaps with a sigh.

Disappointed Doesn’t Even Begin to Cover It
As someone born and raised in NYC Brooklyn, I know good food—especially a good deli or bagel spot. I decided to give Brooklyn Bagel & Deli a try for breakfast, expecting something that lived up to the city it’s named after. Unfortunately, it was a major letdown.
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato—no onions. My pregnant wife ordered a buffalo chicken wrap with ranch and buffalo sauce on the side. What we received was unacceptable.
My sandwich had barely any chicken, was sloppily thrown together with onions, and had wilted, rotten lettuce. My wife’s meal was even worse—no ranch sauce, and the chicken inside her wrap was raw. Yes, raw chicken. This is a serious health risk, especially for someone pregnant.
This place has no business carrying the name “Brooklyn” or referencing NYC. It’s a total misrepresentation, over priced and, frankly, an insult to the quality and standards we hold back home in Brooklyn.
As a Brooklyn native—I do not approve.

Not bad, but not great either. The Reuben I got called “ATL”, should have been called “sad Reuben”. It wanted more meat, more thousand island, more juice…. But didn’t get any of it. It had potential to be good, but when the top and bottom bread slices meet together due to it being so empty inside… well, you’ve failed your mission to be a great deli. Not the best showing, especially when there is a much better alternative across the street. The potato salad tasted identical to the Publix one I bought the other day. The sneaky 3% credit card surcharge topped it off for me. It could have been great, so much potential. But this is just meh. For the best Reuben in ATL, my go to place continues to be “Reuben’s” downtown. See pictures for what a TRUE Reuben should look like (for the same price).
