The food was amazing. The salad was unexpectedly awesome. So much so it was gone before we decided to take a photo. I had the lamb chops which were some of the best I have had in a very long time. My wife had the salmon bites and was equally impressed. Both meals were fit for fine dining. Would recommend to anyone.

I’ve lived in wayne since 2016 and didnt know about Brookies Cafe. I went there for a gathering of coworkers. The atmosphere was good. The music was good. They only had 1 waitress but she was nice a little overwhelmed because we had 10 people plus whomever entered. The food was hit and miss. The mac and cheese was dry. The chicken wings were good. My coworkers said the salmon alfredo was the best they ever had. The lamb chops were good. I would come back. Its a chilled spot to relax after work.

Love this place…. The lamb chops are amazing… The waitress I had was patient and funny… She definately made my experience that much better….. They have a afternoon cook named Sean….. He seems to love what he does because the food always comes out amazing…. I would totally recommend Brookies to my friends and family

Hidden gem. Girls lunch chosen spot. Blink you will miss it. We had the place to ourselves for 2 hours for lunch. It’s the happening place after 5:00 with karaoke! On a Wednesday with 1/2 price halal whole wings. Absolutely delicious. I am a garlic lover and that spice is definitely on the menu. I chose pasta with fried lobster. Never had it and now addicted! Portion was large enough for leftovers. Alcohol is available. Our waitress was knowledgeable and helpful. Parking could be an issue in evening, available on the street or nearby lots. Handicap could be a challenge. The fare could be considered southern. On our list as the top spot.

The food was overpriced and most of the flavoring had sugar added to the recipe. The lamb chops were extremely rough, and the Mac and Cheese was over cooked and dried up. They even served Glory’s Greens which is a huge minus for me.

Do not let the outside fool you as they took over an old dive bar. The food and drinks are on point. Our server was Darius and he was very helpful and friendly- he walked my wife and I through the menu. Food was delicious and had tons of flavor. Highly recommend the corn beef egg roll, lamb chops and mac and cheese! The drinks were creative and flavorful. We will definitely be back and have recommend this establishment to family / friends.

Food: I had a Lamb chop dinner well done but the meat didn’t taste well done. I enjoyed my sides. the portions are great and very flavorful. I mostly enjoyed the sauce that comes with the lamb chops, it was sweet and the rest of my food had so much flavor that it was almost too salty.
I enjoyed my lemon drop w/ patron, it was strong but not strong enough with the lemon flavor.
Service: I went on a Saturday during the day and there was only 1 server which is inconvenient because it was partially full and my drink didn’t come until after my meal which I also disliked.
Cost: around 35-40$ per plate and drink
Atmosphere: very cute picture wall!
Parking: street parking or around the corner at movie theater (less than a block).

Be prepared for NO warning automatically 10% gratuity on take out orders PLUS 3% fee for using your card PLUS a tip to get your carryout order THAT WAS INCOMPLETE! Im posting here because I did not have TIME to return to express my discontent. Good service let’s you know the rules b4 the game begins. It’s my turn now.
