I ordered the chicken caesar wrap with the sweet potato fries and it was really good! I couldn’t even finish it though because I had the cream of chicken soup beforehand and that was so tasty and comforting. My son had the crepe dish with eggs and sausage — the crepe itself wasn’t the best, but he still enjoyed the rest of the plate and finished it. My other son got the waffles and he finished his whole plate, so that says a lot!
Our waitress was super nice and attentive — she checked in a few times to make sure we liked our food and if we needed anything. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely come back to check out other items on the menu. ️

We visited Brookfield Breakfast over the weekend and found it to be a friendly local spot with a simple, comfortable atmosphere. Service was excellent, the staff was attentive, and the food arrived quickly. I ordered the chilaquiles, which had a unique twist with chorizo in the salsa. It was a solid B for me, but the real standout was the hash browns. Two of my daughters ordered them, and they were the showstopper, perfectly balanced between crispy and soft. I could have easily enjoyed a plate of those on their own.
My daughters had mixed reviews of their meals. The waffle combo and crepe combo were rated an A, while the croissant breakfast sandwich landed at a C. Prices felt slightly high for what you get, but that is common these days. The coffee selection was more limited than expected, although bathrooms were clean, parking was plentiful, and the location is convenient. It may not be a destination brunch spot, but it is a warm and reliable neighborhood place where you feel welcome.

I ordered the skirt steak and eggs and the steak was amazing. Cooked perfectly. Kids had waffles and also very delicious. Our waitress was not very attentive but I completely understand she did apologize but again no big deal. Over all food was delicious and definitely coming back.

Stopped in for an early lunch and got the tuna melt on marble rye bread. It was tasty and hit the spot. It came with a side of fries which were just meh. They weren’t crispy and seemed they may have been out for a while. The cup of broccoli & cheese soup was really good.
It has a nice homey atmosphere you would expect in the suburbs. They serve breakfast and lunch all day from 7am – 3pm which is a plus.

This place was fantastic and our server was 100% on it. We came in last minute as a party of 6 and walked into an ambiance of an old school diner but the food was amazing. I had the Mediterranean skillet with raisin bread (pictured) and it was perfect. Sometimes skillets with veggies are under seasoned and this one was absolutely not. Nobody left disappointed! One of us got the brisket skillet which was surprisingly corned beef and the corned beef was fresh and delicious and not too salty as it sometimes can be. I’d definitely go back again!! The OJ was fresh-squeezed, too!

Came in Monday hoping to see my favorite server, Goretti, but she wasn’t there which was disappointing. The silverware we were given was dirty and the waitress we had was extremely slow. Overall, the service and cleanliness really fell extremely short this time. Will not be back again now.

I forgot to take pictures 🙁 food was very tasty. My chorizo burrito was fantastic; it came with a lil cup of sour cream & salsa which elevated the meal. The hash browns were soft with crispy edges, which is perfection for a potato. This meal was for my birthday brunch; we also ordered 2 eggs benedict, the Mickey Mouse pancakes, 2 omelettes, & a side of bacon. I ordered close to 3 hours ahead since it was for pick-up. It wasn’t til I got home that I realized they forgot the California Benedict so I had to go back for it; thankfully I live in town & as an apology they added a free orange juice, which was thoughtful. When I got back home I realized they also forgot the cup of fruit my wife ordered but at that point we were all hungry lol. Even with the couple mistakes made, it was corrected quickly, apologies were stated in a kind manner, & the food tasted great regardless. Would happily return.

Highly recommend coming here! Food was delicious. Service was great. Entire staff was attentive and friendly. Restaurant appearance was warm and inviting. Restrooms were clean. If you come at peak hours, parking might be an issue. Everything on their menu sounded so scrumptious! We finally decided on ordering the Country Fried Chicken and the Popeye Omelet. Delish! Can’t wait to go back and try something else.

What a gem in our little town! The service here is absolutely top-notch—warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment you walk in. Our food came out quickly, piping hot, and everything was delicious. The coffee was fresh and flavorful (a must for me any time of the day), and the staff went out of their way to be kind and friendly, especially toward our kids, which made the whole experience even better.
There was no wait, the atmosphere was cozy, and it felt like the kind of place you want to come back to again and again. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great breakfast and a wonderful start to their day!
