I LOVE Brooke’s and wished we lived closer ! But I will definitely always visit when I’m in prairieville. The variety of the menu is amazing, everything from sno-balls, loaded fries, strawberry fruit cups with Dubai chocolate, to shrimp baskets and so much more. While it’s a franchise, They are locally and family owned. Everyone is so friendly and sweet, and go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. They just opened so they may need a little grace on wait times but it’s worth it! Can’t wait to go back and get a roast beef sundae !

This is the best hamburger/cheese burger in this area. It is well prepared and the flavor is wonderful. The warm toasted bun tops off this great hamburger. It reminds me of the hamburgers we used to serve at J’s Drive Inn in Donaldsonville years ago. I haven’t tried any other meals, but I’m guessing they will be as well made. Thank you.

Today was my first time there. Oh wow, I will definitely be a regular customer now. The Brownie Fudge Sundae was so wonderful. Finally, a brownie sundae that has fresh and warm brownies and you get brownie with every bite of ice cream. It’s so very delicious. The best ever! I also got the fried Oreos! Hot and fresh. The outside taste like a beignet which I love. You get more of the beignet than Oreo but with a qty of 10, I can’t complain. Fresh and hot both items. I’ll be a regular for sure. Could yall get linked up with DoorDash?

Went there today paid 11.40 for crawfish nachos just to only have not a lot of chips in the box I asked the cashier if that all I get she stated that the crawfish is high which is understandable but chips are not by the time I got by chips gas station they’re wasn’t any more chips on the box’s I had to stop at a store and buy more chips pls the crawfish queso was thick and cold ! It was good but you don’t get your money worth !

Wasn’t able to order so I just drove off… We waited for 5 minutes at the speaker in silence. We had to say hello multiple times before a guy answered the speaker. He asked for my order and after I started he interrupted me telling me to hold on. After I had already been waiting…. We waited another 3 minutes, said hello again, got no response. So I just decided to leave.
This is frustrating because there was only one other person in line that was already at the window waiting. The people sitting in front already had their food. So why did we have to wait, even if the employees had gave me a readon on why I was waiting, things would’ve been better.
Two days ago, I ordered cheesecake bites and the eggrolls, and from the time it took to order and the time I received my food, was 45 minutes. 45 minutes for fried food…. I thought this was a issue about being busy but clearly this happens when the store is busy and when the store is slow. I’m really starting to have a bad impression of this place although I like the food. Please talk to your employees and fix your service issues.

Brooke’s has been open a couple weeks now and I’ve been at least 20 times! My family loves it. We’ve had wings for game night, ice cream to cool off, and loaded fries for a late snack. Everything we’ve tried is so good and brings us right back again.

First and last time coming here!! Def not good. I thought the price we paid was a little more than it should have been. Got home and realized they charged us for 3 large snowballs when we purchased 2 small and 1 medium. Snowballs were not good, the syrups were extremely watered down and they didn’t have much taste. Also ordered burgers and onion rings. We paid extra for cheese and of course there was no cheese. Then to top it off the burger was half raw and it was like those nasty frozen ballpark burgers! Def do not recommend.
