Wow. This is the best pizza we’ve in years, perhaps ever. We just arrived from out of town and chose this place randomly for delivery to hotel and we were thrilled with the quality and price. I used to order Bronson pizza every week when I lived downtown 2014-2019. I even encouraged a lot of employees from Shopify to order from there too! It was the best pizza, but then their service became quite rude so I never ordered from there again. I had knee surgery and they would make me feel bad when they tried delivering to the wrong door. Over the phone I asked if they had my address, because I had moved, and they responded “Umm obviously? You order here all the time”.

First time ordering from Bronson Pizza after seeing many positive reviews online, and it did not disappoint. Went with a large 3-topping pizza with BBQ sauce drizzle and wings, and everything was absolutely delicious! The pizza sauce had a unique flavor that set it apart from others, while the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The crust was cooked perfectly, just as I requested. The homemade garlic sauce was also a bonus. The prices were very reasonable, and the delivery arrived right on time. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!

We ordered 2 pizzas and wings last Wednesday, January 21 2026.and we still have not heard back for a resolution.
1)One pizza, beef, was burned and the meat didn’t taste right.
2)The second Pizza had cheese that was not fully melted.
3)The wings were as hard as rock, and felt over cooked….. possibly they were reheated over and over again.
4)Yet what made it worse was the service by the cook, Sam, who would not allow us to talk to the owner, as we called back as soon as we could. It was too late to give them feedback as we had oredered close to closing.
5)Moreover the delivery man ( Farouk?) had dropped another person’s pizza over our own, making for a big unpleasant mess.
6)He was also very impatient ringing the door bell without waiting a few seconds to do it again.
We had been ready, and we’re going to answer the door. He was argumentative, as then a lady of the house ,was asking why he was impatient with the door bell .
7)Finally we called and asked for the manager, but every one is a manager. Sam was blocking our call …..so,.we hope to get in touch with the right owner or main manager. Preferably the owner.
We spent $72.99 ($73).
Then the same cook, Sam,told me he was making a pizza right on the spot, when we called again a couple of days later.
We did not need /want pizza then. Not now.
He was forceful. Nosy and hung up on us twice
We feel robbed. The food was awful.
Please help how to reach the rightful owner.

Medium combination pizza, medium wings and garlic dip. Asked for pizza to be left uncut, although they cut it, it didn’t get get greasy or soggy and was still delicious and slightly light. Wings were as expected, garlic dip was lacking garlic. Still recommended trying their pizza. Top 10 in Ottawa.
Update/edit: Ordered a medium combination with sausage, uncut and garlic dip. Got exactly what I ordered and it was all delicious!
Update: Oct23,2023, delicious not as usual… tastes even better! Ordered an extra large meat man UNCUT and it was super delicious! I think they changed their garlic dipping sauce recipe. It tastes better before!

Solid place. Quick and no nonsense. Chicago style pizza. Might be the best place I’ve hit in Ottawa for price to quality. Beats Gabriel’s any day of the week.

Absolutely garbage.
Ordered online on Skip, the app accepted the order and charged my card. I waited 1.5 hours, called the restaurant, and they informed me that they do not deliver to my address (an 8 minute drive from their restaurant). This is one of the restaurants that is listed on Skip but manages its own deliveries.
I then asked why they charged my card and accepted my order if they had no intention of delivering it, and he simply said “I don’t know”. I tried to tell him that this is unacceptable, he kept talking over me, even when I said “ok ok nevermind” I said “bye” a bunch of times and he kept raising his voice and talking over me.
They could have cancelled the order on their end instead of making me wait 1.5 hours, but they chose this instead.
They list themselves on these delivery apps, take people’s money and then expect them to sit and wait for hours without them having any intention of delivering the order.
I now have to go through the hassle of dealing with Skip so I can get my money back.

If you like the Lebanese style pizza, give this place a try. Ingredients were fresh and the sauce had a nice flavour to it. Might be my new go to place when I want this style of pizza. Their homemade garlic sauce is also really good.

February 17 at 752 pm we place order 2 order onion rings and 4 order zucchini 70 bucks it was all burnt to ..it like black like really bad oil was old food hard just really bad his son. Answer the phone and was working it was a bad experience how can you not cook onion rings or zucchini or change your oil this place has gone to the dumps dont waste your money trust me its a waste
