Visited Brome in west Dearborn today and had a really great experience. The wife and I decided on the super smash burger, griddled chicken burger, chili cheese tots, and the farmers market salad, and everything came out soooo fast and sooooo delicious. The burgers were cooked perfectly and had so much flavor, highly recommend both of those burgers, two different spectrum of flavors but definitely a 10/10
Ghassan did an excellent job taking care of me and my wife. He was really friendly and attentive. He made sure everything was perfect & even surprised us with a complimentary Oreo custard smoothie, which was BOMB. Definitely coming back for that. I didn’t even know they had that

Luxury Chaos
Tried the smash burger and the hot honey chicken sandwich and both were fire. The burger was seasoned perfectly and the chicken sandwich was HUGE and so good. I got fries with the garlic aioli, Brome sauce, and chipotle ranch and all the sauces were bomb. & then the salted caramel milkshake to top it off, perfection! Customer service was 11/10 and made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!

I hadn’t been here in YEARS picked my boyfriend up from the airport, stopped here on the way home- 10/10. The food, the service, the atmosphere, and the cleanliness + quality of food. The food was nothing short of amazingggggg. The shareable are definitely a good size, and the limited time burger “Hella-peno.” …I’m still thinking about that burger. I can’t wait to return, I didn’t grab a shake on my way out and really wanted too! The only minor and I do mean minor compliant I have is the drink lids feel like a force to put on. Aside from that, everything was great. This was their newer location in Westland and they do have a drive through!

Ghassan went above and beyond with me and my friends order. We ordered the Dante burger and super smash burger as well as the date shake. He asked how our food was and we mentioned We felt the shake was a bit too thick for our liking. Without asking he changed it and made it to our liking. We are very appreciative of his service and will be back!

One of the BEST restaurants in Dearborn. Excellent service and welcoming environment. I recently ordered a smoothie that I didn’t necessarily like, and Ghassan was the sweetest and had no problem with me switching out my order. Absolutely love this spot.

Disappointing :/ Overpriced salads. The Kale Crunch was literally just $16 of kale that you can buy for $4 at target. Smash burger was good but nothing crazy so why is it $13 and so small?? not even fries?? Only reason i did 2 stars is because malted pores shake was good but didn’t come with any oreo crumble on top, when asked for it, it was a stingey few pieces.

I bought the gym nut and from the first bite it was outstanding, the presentation, the service and most importantly the taste was great. I recommend everyone who like eating healthy to come here. The meal if very filling.

I’ve been a fan since this place opened, but my recent visit was very disappointing. When we arrived, most of the younger staff were sitting at a table on their phones, and only one person was working the register.
The salad I wanted had been discontinued (though it’s still listed on the menu), and the balsamic dressing wasn’t available either. My friend’s salad was made incorrectly twice, and at one point a staff member walked past our table smelling strongly of marijuana.
Over the years, as they’ve expanded, both the food and service have declined. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.
