Had the pleasure of experiencing the special valentines menu at Broma this year. This was my first time visiting this restaurant and I must say it was an amazing dine. The atmosphere was wonderful. We were seated comfortably, enjoying the ambiance next to the fireplace. The service and friendliness of the staff made me feel welcomed and special. The tasting menu was five stars. Each dish left my mouth more excited for the next. Elegant dining at its best. Thank you, Broma, for such a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to come back.

Lovely place. A bit noisy. Food was interesting (antelope dumplings) and nicely presented. The mushroom pie was very good and so was the basque cheesecake with Meyer lemon compote. Would definitely come again.

Had the Glory Bay Salmon. It was literally one small fillet of salmon, with some roasted cauliflower on the side and a dash of puree. All this for a whopping $34!
It was the most average piece of fish that one could buy from Walmart frozen section and pan fry at home for less than one-tenth of the cost.
Ridiculously small portion size for the price, no special recipe or seasoning, a minimal effort dish! And they describe the menu is crafted by a Michelin star chef. The dish was a joke!

For dessert, the server recommended the chocolate cream pie. The mousse was good, but just a lot of chocolate flavor in the dish, nothing to balance it out. I would choose something else. Bill was $60 for one person for 2 items.
Note: 20% gratuity is added by default.

The best part is the atmosphere, for sure! The bar is very lively and the dining area is nicely tucked away in the back, near the pool, and had a beautiful fireplace. So cozy and inviting, like someone’s really nice house. The food would be extraordinary if only they weren’t so heavy handed with the salt. Holy crap! Soooooo salty! The mussels, delicious but overly salty. The cold noodle salad with flank steak, delicious but way too salty. The papardele with lamb was delicious, but overly salted. Bummer. But love the service and love the ambiance.

My friends and I came here for a Thursday dinner. They easily accommodated us even though we didn’t have reservations. We sat at the Emerald Bar before sitting down for dinner at Broma. The ambiance really nice and the staff was friendly.

Fantastic little dining spot. We had a nice intimate table for six people and we were never wanting for anything except more delicious food. All the dishes were amazing and we just wish that we had enough steak to go around the table for six people.
We had the tasting menu and were completely full before the final two dishes came out and dessert.
It was weird that for our party of six we had two of every dish, except for when the steak came out and there’s only one steak. That was the one dish we could’ve really used two of.
The chocolate mousse you can also see look like someone took a bite out of it instead of just being the whole plate.
Overall, it was a wonderful menu and a wonderful tasting and we would definitely come back, but probably stick to the muscles and the steak.

Broma Restaurant is an absolute gem! I recently DJ’d a private event there on a Friday evening, and I was blown away. The venue is perfect for this type of gathering – intimate yet spacious enough for a good party. The exotic food menu was a definite highlight, with so many delicious and unique options. And the cocktails? Amazing! They were expertly crafted and added a special touch to the evening. But the best part was the ambiance. It was just right for creating a fun, energetic vibe, perfect for dancing and celebrating. Highly recommend Brian Restaurant for any private event – you won’t be disappointed!

Easy parking in the structure. Great cozy ambience. Favorites were sardine toast and almonds and fish croquettes (texture was like crab cake and liked them more than the jamon croquettes).

Food temperature was uncomfortable. Thankful that staff replaced our order of fish croquettes when we told them the center was still cold. First time having oyster rockefellers that were raw (crust on top was warm). Most dishes were lukewarm. Cool to try out, but would not recommend or revisit.

This is a place you go to when you want to have an experience, not just a bite to eat. Go with friends, open a nice bottle of wine (or three!) and really take your time to enjoy every dish.

I absolutely recommend trying the “Broma Experience” (basically tasting menu) for the table. Hot tip for vegetarians: they accommodated me and custom-made at least 3 vegetarian dishes that aren’t on their regular menu. Of course everything was absolutely delicious. I loved getting to experience the chef’s creativity in coming up with something unique (check out the photos!).

Great dinner overall. Great service.
Went here for a special occasion, it’s nice inside without being too stuffy, it’s about smart casual. Booked a table on Opentable and got a call from the restaurant a few hours before saying there was a sold-out concert at Shoreline and to allow for extra time, which was really appreciated.
2 of us did the Broma experience, which is a 6 course menu. The food was overall good. Service was also good, friendly and welcoming and accommodating when we had to rush out at the end.
There is a parking garage for the hotel you can park in for free.
