Update: Finally received a refund but with a super rude lie from the manager “Juan”.
I have tried multiple calls & emails without resolve or reply. They made our order very badly. We eat at the other BY locations often, this is NOT like the other locations at all. It was realistically $2-$3 per bite (very very small servings received). The smoothie was not edible. The bacon & sausage were so dried out and hard that they too were inedible. The eggs were extremely overcooked dried out & gross. Unfortunately the only thing edible was the apple juices. The server did not care when I mentioned the issues, all rudeness. She said I should pay more for more food even though it was already $25 per person and small abnormal servings. We left hungry and ate elsewhere without these type of problems.

We love dining at Broken Yolk! The food is consistently delicious and comforting, and their coffee never disappoints. Our server was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better.
A quick tip: if you’re planning to visit for breakfast on the weekends, try to arrive by 8:00 AM or no later than 8:30 AM. Otherwise, you might find yourself waiting an hour or more for a table. It’s well worth it, though, for the great food and welcoming atmosphere!

My 22 y.o. daughter swears by this place and after checking it out, she’s not wrong. The presentation was on point. The food was all types of good (sugary) and it was worth the price. There was a steak and egg order but the steak was tough and was not cooked med rare as requested. The staff was ok and patient. They were a little slow with food delivery and waiteress response times but all is forgiven. The place is cramped and small but bustling so you’ll wait a little bit. Nice location overall and plenty of parking.

We stopped by on a lazy Saturday morning and were excited to try their brunch menu. The Bloody Mary flights were a letdown, unfortunately – they were bitter and lacked any real flavor. The Sopes Benedict was also a miss, with the meat somehow losing its flavor during cooking and leaving a weird, watery taste. But the egg omelets were a highlight – hearty and packed with flavor. The pancakes were also a winner, light and fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness. And the juice was a refreshing way to wash it all down. Overall, it was a good experience, but with a few missteps

We ordered take out for breakfast over the weekend, and wow, their French Toast is absolutely delicious! Some of the best I have had! The service is great, too, and the manager is a very nice guy. Just know that the wait time can be long on the weekends, but for the amazingly tasty food, it’s absolutely worth it!

I hadn’t eaten here since it use to be a pizza place. I’ve been to others so we chose this one. I was amazingly surprised with both the service and the food. It was extremely busy yet nothing felt rushed. The food came out and it looked and tasted amazing.

This was a nice and cozy breakfast spot. We were excited to have this location available, as we have previously visited the location in San Diego. The portions were large and the service was adequate. We had the Border Benedict and California Burrito, but there were other items that looked great as well. Sometimes the service was a little slow, but overall the staff was friendly and the food was good. Will definitely visit again!

So I have been here before and they are always a very solid choice when looking for a good breakfast place. The biscuits are delicious and the chicken fried steak is a great. The coffee is ok and the juices are tasty. I cant give it a 5 star rating because realistically it’s a chain and sometimes a good ol dinner just has a way of making the experience feel more authentic. But if you are looking for a reliable place that has plenty of menu options and something for everyone this is the place. They also have a south of the border section to the menu and my daughter had the breakfast burrito that was bomb (according to her) There are several of these scattered around the area and we sometimes go to the one in Glendora that is really nice too. Hope this helps. Enjoy!!

The French toast sampler was amazing! Service was rad. Hostess was happy and friendly. Server was a y’all black dude with dreads and he was rad too! Food and drinks came out in a timely fashion even though the restaurant was packed. I will be coming back soon! Let me also say we drove 20 min to get here too. We live in Chino Hills but heard such good things and my daughter had eaten here before so I was game to test it out. I’m so glad we did!
