We went on a Sumday morning and it wasn’t a long wait. Only about a 15 min wait. Outside seating was great and had heaters. Our server Emily was outstanding! She made recommendations and they were amazing. The Fiesta Burrito was so delicious. Definitely get the Red Bull Watermelon Margarita. Thank you for making our breakfast awesome!

The entrance was not the easiest to find, but we managed to locate it.

A spotless restaurant with extremely friendly staff.

The menu has something for everyone, but the prices felt a bit high. The food was fresh, though, so it was worth it. I had chicken and waffles Benedict. Those weren’t the best chicken and waffles I’ve had, but they’ll do. Also love the big chunks of fresh fruit as a side. My Bloody Mary was also delicious. Although I requested not to be spicy, it still made my mouth tingle, but not to the point of being too spicy. So that one is forgiven. Every person working that day kept checking on me, to the point it became a bit annoying, honestly.

However, when we asked for the check, we were offered the payment machine to be brought to our table. And the waitress already decided we were going to tip 25%… Although we could still change that before actually paying, the move didn’t feel right, and it automatically makes me want to tip less.

Worth it? If you like over-friendly service that expects big tips and fresh food, go for it. I don’t think I’ll be visiting again.

What an awesome place! It is a chain but this was our first visit. Well worth the trip! Great food and service! Emily, Kenna and the team are attentive and fun. We had a great experience all around. We will absolutely visit again.
Walking distance from every hotel on Fremont street.

We were recommended by our Air BnB host. And they were right in the mark. The menu is large, has so much available, something for everyone!

We started with a Bellini and a mimosas flight. Amber was attentive and friendly.

The food was great, especially the sour dough toast.

Clean, airy, music playing. Definitely recommend.

No my first time in Vegas, but my first time at Broken Yolk and it did not disappoint! The food, the drinks, the service 10/10! My husband order the sopes, my son order the Diablo omelet and I ordered the ranchero skillet. We shared lemon custard pancakes and frozen drink flight. We were stuffed and there was food left over! Nice portions, good flavors and overall amazing service. Totally recommend!

Broken Yolk Cafe was amazing from start to finish. My waitress D’Essence was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I even requested a special order that wasn’t on the menu, and she made it happen without hesitation.

The food was on point. The chicken was amazing, the eggs were fluffy, and my special cinnamon roll waffle was absolutely delicious. Everything came out hot and exactly how I wanted it.

Great service, great food, and an overall excellent experience. I’ll definitely be back.

We’ve been coming here every trip since they opened – sometimes 2x a visit. The food is consistently great, the service is amazing, great value, cannot recommend highly enough. Favorites include the chilaquiles and cinnacakes, and the mimosa flight.

From loud Freemont Street to Broken Yolk Cafe. It was a nice change of scenery. Let’s jump right into this review.

I’m not from Las Vegas so I have no logistical advice on how to get to the cafe or parking recommendations. But, it’s worth you finding out or Google mapping yourself there. We visited on Saturday around noon. It was a 20 minute wait for a booth.

What did we have –
Mom Omelet –
Spinach, mushroom, onion, red and green bell pepper. Topped with avocado, salsa fresca, and sour cream – (530 cal) – vegetarian -$17.95 -10/10

Californian Omelet -Bacon, homefries, American cheese. Topped with avocado and sour cream – (1050 cal) – $17.95 -10/10

** Omelets are served with a side and toast. **

Food arrived quickly within 15 minutes.

The inside of the cafe is asethically pleasing – bright colors, tables, booths, and bar seating available – indoor and outdoor. The menu had options/variety.

Our server was friendly and personable. All the employees we encountered were friendly and welcoming. Great customer service overall. When I’m back in Las Vegas I’ll definitely be dropping in for brunch.

This place is amazing. I love food. The portions are pretty big. They definitely give you your money’s worth. Our server Noah was great. He was patient, attentive, and helpful.
I gave 4 stars ⭐ because the hostess said we’d receive a text when they had a table available. We never received any contact nor did they call our name for a table. I went into the restaurant and she said she’d called us already. Which was false. I told her we had been sitting in the waiting area the entire time.

Really great breakfast spot, easy to get to. Staff (Noah and Derrick) were awesome, really attentive. Vibes were cool but chill, nice easy start to a morning. Food was very tasty. I had:
Chicken & Waffles Benedict: 8/10. Was really just chicken and waffles, but it was very tasty. Add syrup!
Golden State Benedict: 10/10. delicious, hollandaise was well made, good balance of elements.
Biscuit and Gravy (side): 7/10. Solid, nothing special. Presentation was meh, but I did like being able to add butter under the gravy.
Bloody Mary Flight: 6/10. Solid options. Gin was meh, adding tobasco helped. Tequila was better, but wanted more spice. The two vodkas were both solid, but nothing crazy. The salt rim was really good lol.
