Not a bad place. The service was good and prices were reasonable. I’d do it again.

I enjoy stopping here but the last time I stopped here was Christmas Day. Unfortunately they were not open. But these are great bunch of people who serve great food. I didn’t want to just leave them hanging without a review. For truck drivers looking for a place that blocks the wind from blowing you over during wind storms in Wyoming, this is a great place to come as the freeway is elevated from the direction the wind comes from and shoots most of the wind over the truck stop. You still get a little but not like you would if you didn’t have that embankment. This is a great place to stop

Hadn’t been there in awhile because the food quality and quantity had gone down to much for us. We decided to give it a try because some friends wanted to go there. We we pleasently surprised. My husband’s chili burger wasn’t water and a good size this time. We were sad that a lot of items we wanted they didn’t have for example no mushrooms or sweet potato fries. Our waitress was very friendly.

Despite me giving this place a 4 rating, I’d say it’s a high 4. It’s not the most extravagant place to eat, but it does the job. I was recently traveling through Douglas, and I needed to stop to put gas in my car and of course, I was hungry, so I saw this restaurant was attached to the gas station, so I said, “Why not?” I walked in, and it definitely had a small town diner type of feel. I chose my place to sit, and I was served rather quickly. Everything happened so quickly, which I liked because I was trying to get back on the road. I’d say it took about 10 minutes for the food to come out. It was hot and fresh. The burger tasted pretty good, and I loved the big bacon slices on it. All in all this was a good and efficient visit to this restaurant. I really have no issues to mention.

As far as truck stop food, it’s pretty good. Their breakfast foods (served all day) is definitely top tier but what really makes this place one of the best is the ladies that work here. Every one of them is nice and upbeat, always happy to see you, always have a smile on. They remember your order whether the last time you were in was yesterday or several months ago. It’s always a high point of my day when I get to stop in and see them.

Place was pretty dead, but still had dirty tables. Server was nice. Food was the worst I’ve had in quite a while. I love truck stop dinners so was very disappointed at our experience here. We were just passing through, but will avoid it on the way back unfortunately.

Place is absolute crap. Order took forrrrrrrever. Asked for a mushroom omelette, got a spinach omelette which in allergic to. Avoid, there are much better places to eat at in douglas
