We ordered some BBQ for pickup, it was hard to pick because it all sounded so good! We didn’t know what sauce to pick, they were kind and gave us plenty of each! I found the hickory to be the best one! Also it won’t let you add toast online but we ordered some in store at pickup.

I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, the meat was so tender and the coleslaw paired so well! I at the sandwich so quickly. We also ordered the brisket, burnt ends and jalapeño sausage to share, the burnt ends were by far the best! They fell apart easily and the taste was beyond amazing! The sausage was dry and over cooked but the brisket was moist and delicious! I’d easily get the burnt ends every time. We got 3 sides Mac n cheese, steak fries and baked beans. The Mac n cheese was perfect, creamy and rich. The steak fries were just the right amount of crispy but soft in the middle. But we were not impressed with the baked beans.

Overall the food was amazing, I recommend the pulled pork sandwich and burnt ends! The price really wasn’t bad either, fed three of us and we had leftovers. We will definitely be back!

This was our first time to eat here. We were greeted by Cadence who was friendly and offered great suggestions.
We ate the smoked turkey, smoked biscuit, and burnt ends with a side of baked beans and jalapeño potato tots. It did not take long for our food to be ready.
It was brought to our table- and tasted fantastic. I loved trying the different sauces- the hickory was my favorite.

We were visiting for a few days and love to try local BBQ joints. This one came up and we took the family there for dinner. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the food amazing. One comment though, the burnt ends were missing the “burnt” aspect, it needed the carmelization on the outside. Was not bad, but was more like brisquet. The onion rings and fried okra was off the chart!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed dinner and if we lived here, would be back often.

I LOVE BBQ!, but NOT THIS PLACE!….. I have two grills and three smokers of my own. I have tried every BBQ joint in Colorado Springs for the past 30 years, and was told about this place that was from Monument, but opened a store in Northgate area of Colorado Springs – so I had to try it. Went there for my birthday to grab a variety of items for myself, my girlfriend and my daughter. Ordered the Randaddy, a brisket sandwich, a pulled pork sandwich, Ocra, Beans, 1/2 rack of ribs, and a sampling of every single sauce available…. We should have known better, when we were the absolute only people in the place during our entire ordering process (which was still slow as hell).

Brisket was bland, but mostly moist – leaning on dry! Pulled pork was very bland and the same moisture! Ribs were bland, dry and NOT pull of the bone – more like yank off the bone! Beans were like a mix of Bush’s original and VanCamps Pork and Beans with a few bits of onion added (horrible). Ocra were minature bites and not very good. The Randaddy had the mediocre brisket on top – the mac n’ cheese was okay, and the jalapeno tots were by far the best part of the entire meal. The sauces ALL tasted the same, with some weird nutmeg and/or cinnamon taste that we couldn’t get rid of (the sauces are horrible!)

I definitely DO NOT recommend this place if you like BBQ and/or your tastebuds! – Oh yeah, portions are very small and way over-priced $$$…. The $14 Randaddy could fit in the palm of my hand.

We have been loyal customers for four years, and have had many fond memories of this place. It once had great food, service, creativity with the menu, and reasonable prices. But after this experience we had getting takeout barbecue from this place a few weeks ago we will never return. Ever. I hate to appear like a review bomber, but the service and food was appalling. And I have been contemplating leaving this with no small amount of consideration. The waitress was reluctant and rude in her service. And the people who prepared the food, not only microwaved everything, but used ingredients which appeared to be directly bought from next door. It tasted cheap, and off. The food was dried, disgusting, and old. The meat looked to have been wrapped up or left out. As well, my food (the loaded potato) had long, long human hair in it. Gross. They restricted the amount of BBQ sauce to one cup only for a huge order, even after we offered to buy a few bottles. We wanted to give them our money! The waitress refused, and was extremely rude. No amount of BBQ sauce could’ve concealed how bad it was. Not worth the trouble, treatment, or grief. Steer clear. We left upset, disgusted, and unsatisfied.

Broken Bones catered our wedding this past weekend and did an exceptional job! Our contact Ryann was an absolute joy to work with – honestly, after our tasting it had felt like we had known him for years! The food was exceptional, all of our guests enjoyed the selections we chose. From cocktail hour to deserts, bellies were full and everyone was happy! At our final walkthrough, I expressed concerns about dietary restrictions that came up after receiving RSVPs – they were able to provide a vegetarian option, and our GF/DF guests were accommodated as well! The staff was amazing – they strikes the venue so quickly and were so friendly and professional the entire time on scene. As the bride, I had nothing to worry about ♡
Team, and Ryann, if you’re reading this thank you so much for helping our special day go off without a hitch! We also have a new favorite BBQ joint in town – we will definitely use you guys again, or will at least pop in for some good food and friendly energy ♡

Clean, modern classic BBQ restaurant with all the classics. The brisket, sausage, ribs, onion rings, steak chips, cheddar cheese tots and Texas toast were all delicious they have pulled pork & roast turkey options too.

Ample free parking on site, close to the I25 freeway, restrooms available for customers. There’s a doordash delivery sign on the front window, and attached are photos of menu & opening hours as of June 2023.

Staff were super friendly too!

It was great! I got the 2 meat plate with pulled pork, hot Polish sausage, and the mac and cheese. To date, this is the only barbecue place I have gone to in the Springs with many mac and cheese, and the mac here, while kind of lukewarm, was delicious,. The sausage was spicy and very well cooked, and the pulled pork, while never usually my favorite dish, was rather good. The place also has 4 different barbecue sauces, all great. Probably the best barbecue joint in the Springs.

This might just be my favorite BBQ place in town now. The brisket was very tender and not dried out like a lot of places serve. The cheddar jalapeño sausage was really good as well. I tried all their sauces except the sweet one. The original was good, the hickory was really good, but the spicy was by far my favorite on the brisket. Their mustard BBQ sauce on the cheddar jalapeño sausage was awesome! The Mac and cheese was really good too! Next time you’re in the Northgate area you should give this place a try.
