One server for the whole place so be a little bit patient. She did good.
The burger was delicious . The chicken fried chicken was good and the price was right on both.
The salad bar was a little disappointing. Not many varieties of dressing and not chopped iceberg lettuce but peeled iceberg lettuce. Cut yourself.
The Brussel sprouts were delicious. You should try them, only $4! The onion rings were thin and crispy. The cheese roll is basically a large cheese stick or fried mottzerella cheese log.
Portions were great. I would go back for sure.

Excellent cheeseburger and fries for a mere $10. Others in my party had the ribeye and could only give a guttural “mmmm” as they hovered the steak! Oh and it’s a cheese log vs cheese stick!

Good food. Good cold beer on tap. Beautiful old bar and deer antler chandelier. The hostess/waitress/ server/ bartender/cook was very busy but attentive and efficient. My only complaint is it seemed a little dirty around the front and inside the front door and pesky flies but I know that flies are relentless. In a nutshell, I’d go again and I’d recommend it.

A friend and I chose this small town (VERY small town) spot for supper when we were visiting in the area because my friend knows a relative of the owner. However, it doesn’t matter who owns it – the food was delicious and homemade! We had fried brussels sprouts and homemade fried “cheese logs” (mozzerella sticks) for appetizers, and cheeseburgers for our meal. The burger patties were hand-formed, juicy and delicious. I would definitely return if ever in the area again.

I ordered the KC Strip along with a skewer of Grilled Shrimp. I must say I have never had a steak dinner in Cloud County that I have ever had. It is worth the drive over and the staff was very friendly.
