I’ve been going to the Redington Shores location since 2020 and it’s one of my favorite restaurants on the beach. I was so excited to try the new location however I was very disappointed. The bartender was great. Which was the one positive. The food was completely different. The drunken shrimp was a much smaller portion and the coconut mahi was completely different. It was fried now with sauce on the side. The waitress explained it was new owners. What made this place special was the made from scratch kitchen and this was not it, if they wanted to change or cheapen the dishes, why keep the same name and menu!!!!

There was no hostess and it took a while for someone to see and seat us. The service was very slow and food was just ok. My pizza was a lot better when I reheated it and put some spices on it. I enjoyed the red sangria.

This was my first time experiencing the new Broke N Bored Bar & Grill at Madeira Beach. My server,Nina, was very helpful with menu suggestions for me. Food was flavorful and also had nice presentation!! Ambiance is very cool with the decor and lighting as well!! This restaurant has only been open a short time but let me tell you the meals are excellent! We’ve had the opportunity to dine there twice in a matter of days. Our first visit I had the Blackened Shrimp Bowl, my husband had the catch of the day which was Red Grouper. Both meals were so good we shared both meals and enjoyed every bite. On our 2nd visit we had the Mussel Mania, Coconut Crusted Mahi, Haddock Fry, Tuna Bowl, Catch of the Day Taco’s (Swordfish). Every meal, appetizer, and cocktail was absolutely delicious. We partook in the Modern Mai Tai, Mojito, Rum Old Fashion. Our service was impeccable from both the waitstaff, as well as the Chef and Owner. The Owner visited with us both times, he was thankful for our visits and happy we enjoyed everything so much. This is a great addition to Maderia Beach.

We tried 3 appetizers: drunken shrimp. Calamari, and dry wings with sauce on the side. All were amazing.

The new tiki bar from Broken Board (the space formerly known as Tiki Docs) is a true gem. The decorations are exactly the same and off the wall beautiful, perfectly capturing that vintage tropical vibe. The ambience is fabulous – warm, inviting, and just the right amount of playful whimsy. The bartender, Laura, is incredibly friendly and kind, making everyone feel right at home. And the drinks? Absolutely delicious, crafted with flair and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a lively spot with consistent charm and top-notch cocktails, this place nails it.

The place was fairly empty at happy hour. I ordered a glass of wine and the shrimp scampi. Our waitress told us later that there were happy hour wines (at the bottom of the menu) which I had not seen when I ordered. The scampi was luke warm and it seemed like a broth rather than butter,garlic and cheese. I asked for some parmesean cheese and was given about a teaspoon full. Went to use the ladies room, 3 workers were standing around chatting. When I went in the ladies room, I discovered it was out of essential paper products. I told the ladies when I came out – they said they would get it fixed. The place still pretty empty when we left. I won’t go back.
