Went to celebrate a late valentines dinner with my boyfriend, and Brodeto did not disappoint. Our server was Jordan and she was amazing! Jordan was knowledgeable, attentive, and not too overbearing. We tried the focaccia with anchovy & butter, whipped ricotta, octopus, & tuna crudo. For dinner, we shared the risotto and tilefish. Everything was outstanding! Stunning and calming atmosphere, every dish came in a timely fashion, and by the end we had a hard time picking a “favorite dish” of the meal. Thank you for a phenomenal dining experience! We look forward to next time.

We had a great first experience at Brodeto to celebrate a late Valentine’s Day dinner. The service was perfect, and it was nice that the staff were attentive but didn’t make you feel rushed. We started with a wine and cocktail, which were both came out exactly as they were described.

The whipped ricotta was probably our favorite dish, and that’s coming from someone who isn’t a huge ricotta person! The oysters were delicious as well. We then had the linguine and risotto as our pasta dishes. They were both buttery and flavorful. We followed that up with a side of mushrooms and the tilefish, which was a unique combination of flavors that rounded out the meal perfectly.

Finally, we wrapped it all up with the vanilla bean gelato and beignet that paired beautifully together.

We ate at Brodetto and I can’t stop thinking about our meal. Our server was fantastic, and I wish I could remember her name to give her a proper shout-out. She knew the menu incredibly well and guided us toward drinks and dishes we absolutely loved.

The La Banda drink was a standout, and so many of the menu items were memorable that I’m already wishing I could go back and order them again. The whipped ricotta was amazing, the pumpkin tortellini was outstanding, but my favorite was definitely the braised beef rotolo—so different, delicious, and truly unforgettable. The pork was fantastic as well.

Everything we had was so good that we didn’t even save room for dessert. Can’t wait to come back!

We went there for Valentines Day. Had to pay up front for the reservation. Was not impressed with the seating as they were small tables close together and everyone the door opened I got a draft. I asked for their house Pinot Noir and what they brought was possibly Cabernet. So they brought me anther and I didn’t like that either. Then the server told me the only Pinot they had was very expensive. They brought me something else again but I still had better at home. The bread and absolutely fantastic and the main courses were all great. I didn’t care for the kale or cauliflower, however. Desert and coffee very nice.

Brodeto has a lively vibe, though it can get a bit noisy. We had the amberjack to start, then the smoked pork ribs, half-roasted chicken, and the peka, and everything was high quality and flavorful. The service was exceptional, which made the meal even better. Definitely a fun spot to try a variety of dishes.

I have visited twice in last few months and both experiences were great but different. This time our mixed drinks were just ok. Appetizers were delicious, whipped ricotta and that homemade bread yum!!. The ribs had a nice spice to them but little hard to eat with fork/knife. Seafood stew had an amazing broth, seafood was cooked perfectly but was missing the octopus in stew, Not sure if it was forgotten or not available. The lamb shank was full of flavor, meat fall off the bone delicious the parsnips were bit too crunchy.for my liking. Again the broth delish with the potatoes and cabbage.
Our waitress was wonderful super bubbly and attentive. We will be back again hoping more consistency next time.

Came with a friend and his girlfriend for my last meal together during stay my in Raleigh.

After bookending my trip to Raleigh with their sister Restaurant Crawford and Sons the first day and Brudeto the last, I couldn’t have been blown away more than this dining experience.

After a 2025 that saw them on the Michelin guide, this Adriatic style Restaurant pulls out all the stops. From two types of crudo to start, CHAR and Tuna tk the fresh focaccia.amd whipped ricotta. Everything paired w each other so well.

Then we did a pasta course, settling on the Linguine Al Nero and the Truffle Butter, Cream Risotto, both were such incredible bites that I want to go back for more.

Then for our mains we shared the CharredPctopus w roasted fingerling potatoes, the sautéed swordfish filet and the side of sautéed beets over a cream sauce, it wad all really well delivered.

Then we topped the meal off w their fresh Gelato in a twist, Their vanilla bean covered in sea salt and olive oil with their cookie butter flavor topped in a cookie crumble. The perfect end to a great meal.

I took my wife to Brodeto’s last night and it was five stars excellent from service to food to atmosphere. Our waiter Rick was very knowledgeable explained the menu items where it needed plus the special we also had old fashioned cocktails with our meal which were just made perfectly. We enjoyed the shrimp toast as a starter then moved on to their special which was lobster bolognese pasta and finished the night with a roasted whole branzino fish. Everything was spectacular but the roasted fish was out of this world. The salsa and spices they put on it was finger licking good, we almost had a fight over it! Atmosphere is open and contemporary when we got there at 5:00 it didn’t look very busy but when we left closer to 7:00, standing room only. And the bar area was completely packed. Highly recommend this place, you can’t go wrong.

A Michelin-Recommended Gem! A New Favorite for Us and Our Clients.
As local realtors, we are always on the hunt for top-tier local restaurants to recommend, and Brodeto has shot to the top of my list. This is a must-try in Raleigh.
We visited on a Monday evening, and the restaurant was absolutely buzzing. The decor itself is worth mentioning: it’s sophisticated and warm, with beautiful earth tones and pleasant, dimmed lighting. It’s the perfect ambiance for a special date night or a client dinner.
We sampled 4 different dishes, including the Oyster Crudo, the Grilled Beef Ribeye, and the side: Grilled Potatoes, bagna cauda, black olive but the 2 absolute standouts were the dishes we highly recommend:
⭐️ Linguine al Nero: This was spectacular. The sauce was incredibly rich and creamy, but the real highlight was a unique, crunchy topping. It added a “very cool” textural contrast that made the dish unforgettable.
⭐️ Marinated Lamb Chops: These were perfection. As someone who can be particular about lamb, I was blown away. They were perfectly tender & melted in your mouth, incredibly juicy, and beautifully seasoned with well-balanced flavors, and had absolutely no gamey taste.
Because it was so busy, the wait for our entrées was a little long, but it was understandable and well worth it.
We will definitely be back and will be confidently recommending Brodeto to our clients moving to the area. We’ll be ordering that linguine and those lamb chops again!

This is my fiancé and I’s new favorite restaurant! We had such a delightful experience! Our waiter was so helpful and was able to walk us through the menu with my dietary restrictions. He also was able to advise us on drinks we may like better than what was just on the menu and they were incredible. We had the Tuna Crudo, Beef Carpaccio, Focaccia, and the Ribeye steak. Every single bite of food was heavenly. It’s a bit on the pricey side BUT it was completely worth it! Love this place
